If you want to wait forEVER go here. You also get to wait when NO ONE is in line because they can't see fit to have someone responsibly watch the counter and you get to be treated incredibly rudely. And the hours are not reflective of a growing community. If you have to use USPS (I pay more to use UPS and it's worth it) make the drive to Vancouver or Battle Ground save yourself the hassle. read more

Customer service (yet again) by someone who probably shouldn't be working there. Standoffish, rude and really has a way with words. Makes you not want to send anything at all, which I didn't end up doing. Don't want to name anyone but starts with Row and ends with Ena. We moved to Ridgefield recently and our experience with people here have been very welcoming. However, I am taking this time to share my experience regarding my last interaction with a service member at this post office. I came in to drop off a package which was already prepaid for shipping but I needed to obtain a receipt. I came in and there was no line, no one behind the counter neither. As I am waiting for service I could see an older lady, short hair with glasses just walking around with a piece of paper in her hands. A gentleman comes in and starts getting his package ready so I knew this lady could hear there were customers waiting. I waited and then rang the bell because at that point it was obvious she was choosing to ignore customers. She said something but it was not audible. When she decided to come to the counter I was greeted with a demeaning look as if I was an inconvenience to her. When I mentioned that it was a drop off she rolled her eyes and I proceeded to ask if I could get a receipt. Her answer was: if you ask for it. Then she asked me what was inside the box, I responded. Then she proceeded to explain that since I was re-using a box I needed to black out all the lettering on the box with a marker. I went through the pencils they have on the counter looking for a marker but there was none then she handed me one. I blacked out the lettering as instructed and when I was done I returned the marker to her but she didn't take it back and pointed at the pile of pens on the counter. I was given the receipt and thanked her. As I walked away I heard her treating the gentleman who was behind me in a similar way. Please be mindful if you need to go to this post office. I hope she was just having a bad day but if she is just an unpleasant person to be around with don't let her ruin your day as people like that love to spread their misery. read more

Not what I expect from US Post Office, poor customer service, never returned phone call after the guy took my phone number. They put a key in my mailbox that doesn't open the package box? The key doesn't have a number or anything to determine what box it's for? Also lady at counter has typical postal worker glum look on her face every time I go inside? If you don't like your Job retire already! read more

Recently moved to the area and needed to go speak to someone about my mail not arriving at my home. The lady working was super helpful and very polite. There were a bunch of people in line and only one staff helping customers, otherwise this would have been a 5 star review. They keep it clean inside and there was ample parking. read more
