SUPER LONG LINE MORE THAN 10 PEOPLE!!!!…read more The customers just keep going on and on talking and the workers here are just enabling them. It's super sad and I am reminded of why I won't come back here again. This is the last time. I needed to scan something otherwise I won't be waiting here in line and the problem is these workers keep prolonging the conversation and aren't professional nor respectful of other customers in line. There are 2 employees and they can't even handle this. All I needed was the worker to scan the QR code from my phone. This place doesn't even have the self serve machine so it's super old and requires people who need something fast to stand in line versus just scan the code and leave! WHAT A PURE WASTE OF TIME THIS PLACE IS!!!! Ohhh. And it's actually ONE WORKER FOR A LINE OF OVER 10 PEOPLE! BEYOND RIDICULOUS AND NEVER COMING BACK! NEGATIVE STARS ALL I NEED IS A SIMPLE SCAN TAKES LESS THAN 5 SECONDS BUT THEY HAVE ME WAITING CLOSE TO 60 MINUTES!!!!! INSANE!!!!

UPDATE: my package is magically starting to en route 2-3 hours after I came to make a scene at this…read morelocation and wrote this review. This package has not been moving in 8 days. What a coincidence! THE WORKERS NEED TO BE INVESTIGATED. So many people lost their valuable packages here. So I've been dropping off packages at this location for years without a single issue--until I dropped off a package contained an expensive purse inside. Now, suddenly, tracking shows the package never left the facility. I went in to check, and conveniently, no one could find it. The worker, who was a tall, Samoan looking female scanned my package, and also told me to file an online claim for my $4000 purse. It's awfully suspicious that the only package to go missing just happens to be the first high-value item I've sent. I trusted this location for a long time, but after this experience, I highly suggest you think twice before leaving anything valuable here.
