Not sure what this post office does, but they do not sell stamps or scan packages. Seems like just more of a sorting facility maybe. Don't waste your time. Rang the bell three times before anybody answered but the guy was nice. read more

I'm not sure where all the hate for this location is coming from. They offer very limited services, which of course keeps them out of a 5-star rating. However, what they do they do decent enough. As you are probably coming here because a package was not able to be delivered, keep in mind it is not their fault that the post man/woman couldn't make the delivery. I found their staff friendly and willing to answer questions, even as it is clear they are understaffed and have too much else going on. read more

This office (Green Ln) has a "ring bell for service" button outside a wood door. The office was open, had an open sign, and I heard employees speaking behind the door. Sat at the office for about 15 minutes ringing the bell, with no one answering. Not fun! read more

Thank you to the postal worker that helped us this morning! Due to her patience and kindness we were able to retrieve a package that had been labeled "No Such Address". As another review mentioned, this place is notorious for the old, we tried to delivery your package but..."receptacle blocked" or "no secure location" nonsense. It's aways a lie. They either lost the package, as happened to me twice, or they never attempted to deliver the package which has happened to me 6 times in the last 5 months. Yes, 6! It always says there was a note left which is never the case. I was always home the days they were supposed to be delivered and no one rang our door bell or knock, why? Because they never tried to deliver it in the first place. This place needs a serious post master inspection. read more

There should seriously be a 0 star rating. This post office NEVER picks up their phone. My package was delivered to the address and the home owner returned it to the carrier and that's where it went missing. The package was never processed or marked "return to sender." So no one knows where my package is. They called once to tell me they can't find it but will ask the carrier. I called back a few days after and of course no one picked up. So I called the 1800 general customer service number and when the agent looked up my case number it showed that "package was delivered and issue resolved." Umm NO, IT HAS NOT BEEN RESOLVED. I don't know if it's worth it for me to actually go there. read more

worst customer service my first visit 5/16 i was trying to find out what happened to my package the tracking # said delivered 5/11 i called the 1800 they told me to check this postal office because the package has different address at all so the postal service person told me to file claim online .. my second visit 5/19 ok i got a second package 5/18 and it is someone else's pacakge someone took the packaging label the one with my name and address and the senders information and the tracking label too from my original package and put it on someone else's package.... i went personally to speak with the supervisor but i was told she was busy i am concerned customer this is a second time happened meaning someone is stealing packages this is fraud theft tapering etc it is illegal and need serious attention and needed to be fixed your employees swithching labels to steal customers items ... the first package they told me it has a different address so who changed the address the sender and i have the copy of the receipt with the tracking number second package someone took the packaging label and tracking label from my original package and put it on someone else's package this is ridiculous and no one cares to solve the problem ... read more

This is the worst post office I don't understand how they run. I moved to this zip code a month ago. Last week they misplaced a package i had to go there twice to sort it out because their phone is never answered. They assured me they would find it and call me. They didnt call and shipped it back to the merchant on me. This week a package was supposed to come on monday, it never did. It is now wednesday. Again, i went to the post office and was told we don't have the package it must be on truck even though my tracking info says i should call them to pick it up myself and it is not scheduled to be delivered. I asked if they knew why it couldnt be delivered to me Monday and they had no idea. So now here I sit two packages gone and a post office who is no help. I have tried calling USPS customer service line but after waiting over 45 minutes both times i gave up. super frustrating. I'd recommend shipping packages elsewhere if you have the option and getting them from there. read more

Worst post office!! I called once and was put on hold for ten minutes so I hung up because there is no need to be put on hold for ten minutes! It took me 15 more phone calls for me to actually get someone to answer the phone! While already annoyed I kept my cool in like the guy has the nerve to tell me I can do all this stuff my self! I didn't know where my package and since this post office is known for not checking packages in I simply wanted to locate two packages because they weren't delivered on their due date. The guy on the phone gets nasty with me because god forbid I asked him to do his job! I tried to explain to him the bad experience I already had that morning and proceeds to talk over me and demand the tracking number while raising his voice! I asked to speak to the manager was put on hold for a minute and then was hung up on! Unacceptable and unprofessional! Please go somewhere else for a less stressful experience! read more
