We also decided to go inside to mail the letter so that I know how inside looks like since we moved here and am new to the area. It is big, had a big line too for packages and postal questions. They are open on the weekends too. They also had people selling cards inside and shipping materials! We found where we can mail the letter, and mailed it. 5 stars for the easy experience in the post office. Not sure if this post office is responsible for the mail we get- but sometimes it can be slow. For instance, the app informed mail shows that mail will come- although it does say coming soon... but then i check the mailbox and it's empty. Although oftentime when that happens, we get the mail the next day. Also all packages so far have been received in a timely manner. I also noticed that mail often goes to columbia to get sorted, so maybe that's why it may be slow.

I just moved from a furnished home to an unfurnished, so I'm literally shopping every day. I can't imagine if I was disabled and with no car. That is unacceptable. I not even live in a building that could justify that. I live in a home with no gate, no code. They have access direct to my door. I never had problems with FEDEX or UPS. They are great and always put my packages on my door. And when I try to ask then at the facility they are always extremely rude to me and not even answer my question. The staff here I have dealt with is all very nice except for a lady with short dark curly hair. She sighs and makes nasty faces at me. I usually bring 2-3 small packages in mailers. Just to have them scanned and to get a receipt because I need to be sure I have proof for the app I use to sell. She makes sure to be so kind and generous with praise to the people who drop the packages on the crowded table for drop off. She makes it clear it is a a HUGE inconvenience to scan 3 4-5 ounce mailers and hand me a receipt. She chucks my mailers with aggressive force as though hoping to damage them. I have never been so disappointed in my life with a postal worker! I always smile and just say" good afternoon! I just need a receipt for these please!" Ask her how she is (she ignores me). And tell her I hope she has a good day (she also ignores this) I'm not sure what I have done to wrong. It's not like it takes more than 30 seconds in all to complete the transaction. I feel disrespected and anxious when I end up having her as my clerk. I triple check to be sure they didn't lose my packages (I would be out the shipping and my item) that's why I always need a receipt. It's not a fun game for me it's how I afford to buy food and pay for gas with the crazy high inflation!

Went here on Friday December 12th 2025 with my mom to mail a package for Christmas. We decided to…read morego to this location because they closed at 5PM. My mom works from 8-4, so this location worked perfectly for us. We drove there, found fast parking, and went inside. First we looked for an big envelope that fit a Calander, and they had one that was suitable in size. They also had tons of options as far as different sizes of boxes and envelopes for packaging needs! We then filled out the package details, while we waited in line. While there was a line, it moved quickly, and there was 2 people working there at that time. It was finally our turn, and the person who took care of us was pleasant. He weighed the package, made sure the address was correct, and explained the shipping options. It was about $11.00 to ship our package using the standard delivery option. The clerk also said that it would arrive by Friday December 19. We paid via credit card and went on our merry way! was given a receipt with tracking info too. Overall pleasant experience, and would ship an item here again. Also, must have got right on a truck or something because the package was delivered on Monday December 15 to the right address! Glad about the quick shipping too!

On going issue at the Sugarloaf Development in Conway, S.C. Constantly delivers mail to wrong lock…read morebox or scans the delivery, and I have never received the packages. Drives 30 mph through the development & speed limit is posted at 15mph. Has the music so loud in his truck that you can hear from inside your home with the windows closed. He processes the mail he is delivering with such speed that constantly puts mail pieces in the wrong box and make way too many errors. Yesterday (6/11/26) delivered 2 packages to me that would not fit in my box, so he placed them in a larger lock box and put the key in my box for me to open the larger lock box --- here's the problem, he never set the lock to the proper position in the larger lock box so that I could get the key in the box! I called and sat on hold for 40 minutes to speak to someone at the 800 number, only to get cut off. So, I called the local post office in Conway, SC and spoke to Latisha and she said she would tell the carrier to fix the lock so the key would work. I went to work & after work went to check the box and the carrier left a note saying to bad, that I could wait & I was now on hold! I took a photo of the note (see attached). I have filed numerous complaints about this carrier and his rude behavior, and NOTHING has been done. He is a rude, immature kid who acts like he can do whatever he wants. SOMETHING has to be done. I, as well as other people in the neighborhood are tired of not getting packages & having to call the companies we bought from to fight for reimbursement (which doesn't always happen, because he (the carrier) is scanning the packages and saying he delivered them. He needs to be reprimanded and taken off this route! It is fraudulent behavior and he is holding mail hostage like the box today, he "refused" to unlock for me. How this person works for a government agency is beyond me - I have filed a complaint with the Office of the Inspector General also. I want this kid off this route and reassign someone with a work ethic and mature!! In addition, I will be going to see the postmaster in Conway, SC. This kid needs to be stopped. There are too many people that would gladly take his job and be happy to have it.
