Alicia's unprofessionalism is a result of her believing that there are no consequences for her…read morebecause she works for the USPS. There has been multiple occasions where I witnessed Alicia using USPS labels as a name tag for herself. She does not care if she has 10+ people waiting in line. Normally go and drop off my LETTERS ( the exact same letters , same size same content, no tracking ) and it takes me maybe 2 minutes , today I was first in line and she told me I was wrong then proceeded to say exactly what I said at the beginning that everything was in order and I was good to go . Ridiculous . She has a bad habit of " correcting " people then saying the exact same thing you said from the start to not admit she's wrong. I didn't fuss I just let her go on , I'd appreciate as a former postal worker & veteran myself if the post office trained more competent employees so this location would be more appreciated.

Maybe people hate taxes and think these people are paid by tax money? or that politicians proffit from the stamps? or the workers are immigrants and therefore over paid and do not work fast enough? OK nobody likes to stand in line, but everyone loves DisneyLand and a long line there is a given. Just sayn, this PO is a great place, I say 5 stars! Steely Dan wrote a song about one of the workers there, "Josie".

Once again usps has messed up a delivery of mine. This is probably the 6th time they've either lost…read morea packages or "attempted a delivery". They claimed they attempted an Amazon delivery at 10:30 but no one ever stopped by the house or rang the doorbell or anything. They never left a slip either saying when they would be back. I contacted usps because it stated they needed an access code to my address but I don't even live in a gated area and they promise they would reattempt delivery the next day. Well lo and behold they didn't try to reattempt delivery. I have never had so many problems with a usps office before. If I could request for Amazon to stop trusting them with packages I would.

And they close at 5 o'clock. There's a huge long line, and about four of us get Service but when I get to the front, the lady with the red and black corn rolls says "I'm going to break". Everyone in the line started laughing. We were shocked. There are three registers , 2 women, and only one was working. This place is a joke!
