I just had a great experience with the ladies at UPS store. i stopped by to see if some Amazon packages had been delivered via USPS. The shipment arrived and they were so checking in packages. they had already checked in one, but not turn other. They said two hours before all packages were checked in. Perhaps it was my sad puppy day dog eyes, but try quickly made the extra effort to save me an additional trip from the house 15 miles away. Having the box at the UPS store and the ability to get packages is a great value when you live in the rural areas around Tehachapi. read more

I had a return and had to wait in line for a bit, as there was a line, which was perfectly fine. However, I witnessed the rudeness of two young dark haired gals behind the counter today. They were very sharp tongued with the US Postal gal dropping of packages who placed them in the incorrect spot. Mind you, this was her first time on the route and she expressed it to both of them. Secondly, an elderly woman was attempting to have documents printed from her email and one of the young ladies asked her for the information. The elderly lady tried to show her by cell phone and she stated, write it down! Then made a bothered expression. When it was my turn, I already had my package sealed and the clerk ripped it open and with a soured face stated, "It's not supposed to be in a package; I need to see what's in it". I made a mistake and now understand the process. Is it really necessary to treat people so poorly, when Tehachapi residence choose to patron this location and helps provide them both with employment?! These young ladies need a manager overseeing their behavior and training on good customer service! Or find a job they enjoy!!!! read more

Every single employee here has been nothing but helpful. I've witnessed them with horrible customers too. Their level of professionalism and composure is admirable. My wife faxed documents from the UPS store. Initially, she was quoted $1.25 per page. After the staff completed faxing the documents, they changed the price to $2.00 per page. According to the staff, they didn't know it was a long distance. She faxed a total of 38 pages. My recommendation, Don't use UPS store fax service. read more

making appointments for live scan only matters if you guys honor them and not have customers wait when your worker has to drive home for paperwork. I was told it would take her 5 minutes, and spent 20 minutes waiting for her return, very unprofessional. I did my part by calling and scheduling an appointment, me showing up should not have been surprising and they should have been prepared. read more

Bad customer service. I got a refund, but when I said I didn't need a receipt, didnt receive the cash from the return. Very rude staff! If they don't have a reason they don't care at all. As for the stuff I shipped the person behind the counter just tossed the papers with the receipt on the counter. He didn't hand it to me or even say here is your receipt when I put my hand out so he could hand it to me.. so I thought it was nothing. I almost walked out without it. Horrible experience read more

I've been in here 3 times now, and the service has been exceptional each time. I was able to show the clerk a printed email and she printed whatever she needed to do a return for me and didn't make me feel like my lack of technological skills was a big deal. Young blonde girl was very rude and unprofessional...I stood almost ten minutes near the live scan machine and she never said one word to help me. Another customer came in to get live scanned and said he had to come back after getting an "appointment". Last time I just walked in and had no problems. I asked if she could scan me after him and she said I need an appointment. I said ok write it down. She got pissed off and said "excuse me" I said write it down for my appointment. She continued all pissed off so I said I'll go somewhere else. I want to Lancaster and they laughed and said they knew who I was talking about as she was rude to them too. Walked in the other day very disappointed. Recieved no welcome as I came in. I was looking for shipping tubes and as I picked one up I asked how long the tube was, as there were no measurements labelled. There were three young girls at the counter and one of them looked at me and said are you going to buy that? And I'm thinking in my mind well duh I'm going to buy it, like no I'm just holding it for nothing. All three girls were very rude and all they cared about was the song that was playing in the store. There was a guy standing behind them but he didn't seem to care either. None the less I bought the tube cause I needed one. I have never been treated with such rudeness in my life as I did here. Lets just say that customer service is not how it used to be. I will never come to this store again. I would rather drive the 50 minutes to the Bakersfield store. read more

The only reason I'm giving 2 stars is because NORMALLY the clerks are very nice and helpful. Grace (her name on my receipt) was extremely RUDE. From the moment I walked in, all the way up to leaving the facility. She had attitude the entire time and acted as if I was inconveniencing her to actually do her job. For 23 dollars I expected some prestine packaging...I wouldnt trust these employees to do a decent job just taping a box. I have been a customer there for over a year and a half, that is where I send and receive all my mail. I can tell you there is no better staff, they are always multitasking but always find a way to get me in, get me out with a cheerful smile.
