We have been calling a whole week sometimes even twice per day, but they never call back. Left multiple messages to no avail. All we need is answers and proof of their meter readings, but no luck. This company seems to work well with landlords but not with tenants. It is a shame though, because if the tenant gets negatively affected, the landlord might lose good residents for these kinds of incidents.
