Ridiculous . She has a bad habit of " correcting " people then saying the exact same thing you said from the start to not admit she's wrong. I didn't fuss I just let her go on , I'd appreciate as a former postal worker & veteran myself if the post office trained more competent employees so this location would be more appreciated.

And they close at 5 o'clock. There's a huge long line, and about four of us get Service but when I get to the front, the lady with the red and black corn rolls says "I'm going to break". I was attended by a white Caucasian lady, mid conversation Arlene rudely interrupts & with a scolding tone asks where I got the envelope from. What I took from her approach was she assumed I had grabbed the envelope from the card rack without paying for it. I understand some customers are hectic to deal with but if Arlene had not been on her phone when I entered she would have noticed I already had the envelope. To ensure Arlene was not intentionally being rude & only inquiring about the envelope, before leaving I turned back & took out an old envelope I needed to throw away & asked if she had a trash can I could use. Arlene did not look at me or respond to my question rather just pointed at the trash bin behind her desk which was completely out of my reach. The Caucasian lady then reached over & took the old envelope to throw away for me. Arlene then in a snarky voice said she had wanted me to aim & throw as if it were a basketball hoop. I found this whole interaction with Arlene rude. The place is big & clean but for my peace of mind I will not be coming back to this post office.

We had waited over 30 minutes just to be told no, when I asked for a supervisor she refused. She then proceeded to talk about planes blowing up because of this, and how she took some class that told her about it. Like okay I have a bachelors degree from the top university of this country, and guess what? Google is free. USPS can only deny if there is something leaking which there was not.
