I said what a waste of time and left. As I was walking out he shouted saying it's not my fault very defensively. Completely unnecessary and unprofessional. I admit the mistake was mine. Unfortunately, I was greeted, interacted, and treated with an zero decency. The employees' actions (Samuel) were concerning and questionable. I would recommend customer service training or policy review when trying to inform the customer they made an honest mistake.

This post office is located downtown Puyallup. The building is old but the exterior looks nice…read morethough. I was able to park at the curbside. The interior was pretty clean. Customer service was great. When I arrived here there were a few people in line ahead of me. I was able to get assistance within a reasonable time about 25 minutes.

Not here to argue though. This little office is slightly hidden on a two lane road. It's kind of a sharp turn into the parking lot, but once you're in there is plenty of parking for this small town of Kapowsin. I remember I was able to snap the shot of the office just before the Washington rain returned. As you can tell by the pics, it was getting dark so I wasn't able to see how the customer service was but the parking lot and the inside area near the boxes was very well kept. One more post office off my list.
