For example, when I came today, right before I got to the UPS drop box counter, the woman in the blue shirt walked away!! When she finally walked towards me, I didn't see she looked at me at all so I tried to talk to her to catch her attention "Excuse me, I already have the label"..She continued walking towards the copy machine (in other to get there, she had to walk by me) and didn't acknowledge me at all!!! She shrugged and walked away joking with her colleagues "I work for free", and then another girl in the red shirt came to me, scanned my bag and gave me my receipt! This girl is a lot more WELCOMING!! Than the other one who didn't know what she was doing had was COLD the whole time!! I don't know what the difference is between blue shirts vs red shirts staffs, but customer service 101 is customers wouldn't know (or care) if you have a good day or a bad day! All they remember is the moment you interact with them!! Choose how to leave your MARK! And the mark that represent the business you represent! If you don't care about customers, there are so many office supplies companies out there as well as the internet giants who are willing to take care of them!
