He was helpful but since I had handed him the card, he had proceeded to place a mail hold. He informed me that the card was to place a hold. I simply said, that I thought so. She was training another tech and in the process of filling out passport documents I hand try handing her a document and she shoves it away, try asking her a question wouldn't let me speak. She kept raising her voice at me. She was in such a rush and handed me papers to fill out missing items on the passport sheet handed it back to her and she said " are you giving me the correct one for each person" " you are the one responsible for you own document" such a rude nasty person that was in a rush very messy and not organized. She should be fired, that's no way to treat a customer that spent $500 for passport renewals. She canceled the order and asked me to step aside waiting an addition 20 minutes until another gentleman of usps tech by the name of Chris was such a nice person and was very helpful.
