TERRIBLE SERVICE!!!!!!!! I have a service dog and they did not by any mean let me walk in with him. They did not even bother asking me if he was a service dog the rude guy screamed as soon as I walked in from where he was sitting in that my dog was not allowed in. I said "excuse me ? What a disgusting display of customer service and leadership by a manager. He is cursing at customers and his coworkers. Saying that his only job there is to take people's money. Calling customers punks and saying he doesn't give a fuck out loud multiple times so everyone can hear him. In the span of 5 years, we have experienced so many issues with our mail is just disgraceful. Their customer service is hit or miss. We loved our previous mail carrier, she was amazing! No issues with our mail while she was our carrier. Now they changed our carrier again and some of our mail is being misrouted. Another thing that we have noticed, my mother mails us greeting cards, and several times they have arrived opened on one side. This post office is by far one of the worst ones I have ever been to. You'll be lucky to be serviced if the employees are busy chatting and even luckier if they come off like they give a damn once you do get helped. For the most part, I am only there to pick up mail from my p.o. box (thank God) Also, my girlfriend had her car broken into while picking up her mail one day. This happened all in the short amount of time it took her to walk in and grab mail (roughly 1-2 minutes AT MOST). This leads me to believe that whoever robbed her was no novice to burglary, and when she walked in to report it, the employees said it happens all the time but there is nothing they can do because there are only cameras at the front of the store and since it is federal property, the local police can't do anything , which means you will have to wait until the nearest fed gets there. If you can avoid this post office, you'd be doing yourself a favor. read more

Worst customer service I have ever Experienced. I called over 20 times about a package that was at their facility "undeliverable." When I FINALLY got an answer the first employee told me my package was shipped back to sender, I asked for a supervisor and he told me the package was still there...when I arrived to pick it up the employee I got told me it was gone again and walked away. I had to yell into the back until the supervisor came out and eventually gave me my package...WTF?!? Anywhere else these folks would get FIRED...no wonder the USPS is closing so many facilities. As far as post offices go, this one isn't too bad. There is rarely a huge line and the clerks are ok. I mean, they're not friendly or anything, but they do process your transaction quickly. They have their own, large parking lot which is a huge plus. Plus they have drive-thru mailboxes. Not much else to say, it's a post office. If I'm lucky, I'm in & out in under 3 minutes. read more

Yesterday, I submitted a complaint because I have had several issues with my mail carrier damaging my incoming and outgoing packages. The mail carrier does not always take my outgoing mail, and has actually damaged it by stuffing new mail in the mailbox time and time again. They don't leave a reason for not taking my packages, and then take it the next day like nothing. That's how I know the mail carrier doesn't even bother to look inside the mailbox for outgoing mail. I ship out many packages from my in-house business and she has damaged my posters by forcefully pushing them to the back of the mailbox MORE THAN 5 TIMES. Yesterday, I had an outgoing package that she did not take AGAIN. The mail carrier had to forcefully stuff the mail inside the box, because my outgoing package was so big, there was no way she did not see it. (I dont know if it's a she or a he, I mostly see an african american lady, but a manager called me yesterday and said it was a man, so now I don't know) But what really topped it all off for me was that I had an incoming package labeled FRAGILE repeatedly everywhere. The mail carrier stuffed it in the mailbox with the rest of the mail and it was a DISASTER. I HAVE PHOTO PROOF. Now my fragile package is damaged, and I cannot contact the company for a new one because it was the MAIL CARRIERS FAULT. I furiously submitted a complaint on this website yesterday, shortly after I received a call from an older man, who did not help me AT ALL. First of all, he didn't mention his name neither in his voicemail or when I called him back. All he did was listen and say "well, I will talk to the carrier and tell him to go back and pick up your packages". He did not apologize, he did not sympathize, he defended the carrier and did nothing in regards to my DAMAGED outgoing AND damaged incoming mail. He even suggested I stop recieving mail to my home and just go pick it up at the post office every day. He clearly didn't give a crap about me, or customer service, hence him trying to further inconvenience me! I want to speak to someone in CORPORATE. I HAVE SEVERAL photos as proof. I find it extremely hard to believe that the mail carrier does not see the outgoing mail as she is stuffing the new mail in. Like, how is this even possible!? If I could give no stars I would! I have been fighting back and forth for a package that cost me $50.00 & the tracking keeps saying out for delivery in my zip code. I went to my post office today to ask about it, the woman in the front looked for package and said I should be receiving it today. She asked me what it was and I told her that it was earrings to which she responded "ohh so does it really matter" & I was pissed and responded it matters to me, its $50 & its my package! I was in the area and saw this post office was nearby, and I had some stuff to return. I walked in and was surprised to see no line for a post office, which is a rarity in Miami. It all went downhill after that. An intrusive older guy with a mullet starts yammering away about about why the a.c is broken, and how they're about to start renovations. Then, he tries to tell me all these unnecessary and irrelevant details about my return when I have a priority return that comes with a label... The guy at the counter that was supposed to help me, had his news on speaker on his phone and was angrily yelling his political views on voting and god knows what else. Another staff member with overly tight shirt and glasses approaches me with an uppity attitude. He barely let me get a word out and was trying to get me out of the door. I asked him if I could email him my return slip and he was adamant about that not being their job, and told me I had to do that from my house. Annoyed by his attitude, I explained to him that I've had it done before, and he asked me if anyone had ever done it for me at this location, which I then replied, obviously not. Horrible horrible!!! If this is the closest post office to your house and you must drive 10 miles out of your way to go to another one - go to another one! It will be the best decision of your life! The "I don't know anything about your package" and "money back guarantee? We don't do that here." Attitude are prevalent here. After one of their workers screwed up my package, and the package was sent everywhere but the destination, I came in for a money back guarantee on priority shipping. The response of the bully who I assume is the one in charge, which makes sense bc the branch is a disaster, was " we don't do that here"... In general, I hate going to the post office. But there's something about this one that I like. I don't know if it's the people the way they treat you or if it's quicker than others. But what I have found is that I walk into this one and walk out within 15 mins. For the post office this and better is a blaze. Not even during the holidays do I spend more than 15 mins in this post office. I moved out of the area so I really actually miss going there as opposed to the one I go to now. Most of the time when I drop off a package over night they do not bother to process it the following day they just leave it in the back somewhere and do not bother with it until 1-2 days later! Even priority and express mail gets treated this way. I've also seen them throw packages around carelessly when I have gone during the day. This Postal Office has terrible service. At the end of April, I was supposed to get a delivery. I tracked it but when I checked no package was in front of my house nor mailbox. I went 3 times to the Post Office and they told me not to worry that I was going to get my package. In one of my 3 visits they found out that the package was delivered to a different address of course the package was stolen by the people that received it because they never returned it. Bottom line is that they promised to find it. I even made a claim and it was not solved. The website is terrible to make claims. I lost my time and money. If this happens to you run to the post office and argue because I feel that the mailman who delivered the package should be accountable or have a sanction for making a mistake. I didn't have to go through this if the package should have been delivered properly. They should do a better job and double check the addresses. read more

HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE! Do not waste your time coming here. The first review was absolutely correct! The people at this post office are unprofessional, loud, rude, nasty, and they care more about their conversations than anything else. They do not upkeep this place at all! It is dirty, the ceiling has leaks, there are bugs all over the place both inside and outside. Years ago a storm broke a branch off one of the trees in the front at the same branch is hanging there. They never replace the boxes or envelopes that they are supposed to have sitting out. I hate this place and try to avoid it at all costs. I had a PO Box there and I closed it but luckily never experienced any theft issues like the first reviewer did. Also, I called customer service for the post office and reported all the issues mentioned above plus numerous other issues I have had with them and of course if seems like they did not do a darn thing. Terrible, terrible customer service!! Ana is the name of the miserable individual that tried her best to ruin my day. She was RUDE and CONDESCENDING. I can't say enough of how HORRIBLE she is. She started commenting to her coworker, while I was still in front of her, how their area should have been closed off since they were close to closing and how I should not have been allowed in. Mind you, I had a pre-paid postage stamp that just needed to be scanned and another employee guided me in and took the box out of my hands without hesitation. After Ana's coworker scanned my box and gave me my receipt, I proceeded to walk out of the Post Office, only to hear Ana hollering across the room for me to come back. She said she weighed the box again, and noticed that I was over by 1 pound. She proceeded to tell me that my postage was worth $23.15 and not the $9 that I had paid. Mind you, her coworker had already processed it and made no such comment , therefore she had no business handling my package. Apparently Ana thinks she's the Post Office patrol and needs to review everything that comes through the doors a second time around, which I would have no problem with if she knew what she was doing. She gave me two options . Pay the $23.15 postage or take my box back but that I would loose my $9 postage since they had already scanned it. She went on to say that everyone goes in there with the incorrect postage because we all use the Pinterest app. Did she just say Pinterest?? Does she know what Pinterest even is? I called her out on it and asked her if she even knew what she was saying to me but everything that she said thereafter made even less sense. I asked her to give me a second so that I could retrieve the info I had which indicated that my postage covered up to 5lbs and her reply to me was that "she had already given me one second". How she still holds a job at this Post Office is a mystery to me. Have all her peers and superiors looked the other way and have accepted her nasty attitude? Are they afraid of her? Moving forward I'll drive the extra 10 minutes so that I don't have to deal with this bully. read more

Its my neighborhood post office and its been mostly the same crew for years so there's a small town feel when you walk in. People are usually friendly, polite and professional. They are strict about rules (being government employees and all they kinda have to be) but will go out of their way to help you if you have a special request or don't understand a form or need a suggestion on how to best send a package. As long as you are patient and polite - you know, like a decent human being. The best part is that they are super EFFICIENT". There is no "dilly-dalying" here so even if there is a line, rest assured you will be out of there as quickly as humanly possible. And I always get a smile and a "have a great day." But maybe that is because I walk in with good manners - put my phone down, say hello, make eye contact, wait until its my turn etc. I see a lot of people walk in and treat them like they are order-taking robots and then they are surprised they're not getting the warm and fuzzy. Those customers should use the self checkout kiosk which by the way is also pretty awesome. I use it when all I need is stamps or to send a priority package. I do wish they would leave some priority boxes out during off hours though. Please please. Otherwise location and parking is convenient. read more
