US Post Office - Post Offices Near Me - Little Falls, New Jersey

This is the worst post office!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Nobody answers the phone over there. We have a courier that picks up our mail to deliver to our office they constantly give him other company's mail that does not belong to us. They give our mail to other companies which never gets to us until days later. Sometimes the postal carrier leaves our mail downstairs in our building on top of the mailbox. Very unprofessional!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Unfortunately we have no other choice but to use this post office. They really need to educate their employees on how to do business! I wouldn't have even given 1 Star but you can't go any further without giving a star. read more

We are always getting other people's mail. Today we received 10 items all for a neighbor. Ridiculous

First let me say yes this post office is open until 7pm during the week. I came in with a bunch of different packages that needed different labels and postage. Linda was so helpful and happy to help. We have a problem with the delivery of our mail when our regular Postal Worker is out. When Mr. Terrance is on route we receive our mail by 11:00 when a sub does it we are lucky if we get it. Just like today. We are a company and rely on the Postal Service to get our mail (checks) in a reasonable amount of time. It's a post office that has nothing special. It does the job but typically there is a long line there and they never seem to have enough people working the registers. Could be due to the government not wanting to spend any the money it's taken from us. I am always amazed at how many of these post offices look like they're either haphazardly put together or look like they're about to go out of business. read more

Only reason I didn't give it one star is because of the hours. There's always a long line, you see other workers just acting like their working most of the time leaving their register to act like their helping the other with someone package. Sometimes they'll give me a tracking slip and receipt other times they'll say they no longer print them. They're rude and when you ask questions they act like they don't want to be bothered. The negative comments about this post office are accurate. Contacting them on the phone is impossible. I then tried to chat with an agent online. This person could not understand that the packages had been marked DELIVERED on the Informed Delivery website. Totally useless. I tracked three packages that were due for delivery today. Two were marked as delivered at 3:43 this afternoon and the third delivered at 5:14 pm. The single package was delivered to my door, but the first two packages were not in my mailbox or at my door. I am now waiting for an agent at the 800 number. Will see if someone picks up in 20-30 minutes. read more

Very poor customer service, the employee takes the time to plug in her cell phone ignoring the 5 people in line, when asked if she was open responds rudely NO!! If memory serves me correct it is a FEDERAL DEPARTMENT, therefore funded by tax payers. POORLY MANAGED, the female with darker skin, perhaps mideastern decent is simply disrespectful and doesn't realize we are her consumers. read more

This post office is the worst. On three occasions I have asked my mail to be held while I was on vacation. This wasn't done. Terrible customer service, I called this post office to get an update on my package an employee onsite said it would be there when I arrived. I go onsite there's a women that is at the counter says i don't know where your package is, she looks in the back comes back says I'm not sure where it is. Then an older fellow comes out and says there's no one here at this time call back or come back at a later time. Why was I told my package was here no response, These folks should not work in customer service at all. Little Falls, NJ is by far the worse Post Office I've been to. Apparently they couldn't deliver the package because they weren't sure where to deliver but the address was correct to begin with. read more

Would not let me use a piece of tape to affix label to package, so I used priority stickers to do so. Indian man at front desk would not accept it. Had to ask for supervisor, he accepted the package but it miraculously went missing and never showed up again. Now I need to file a complaint and a claim to sort it out. read more

Good Afternoon, I live in Little Falls, NJ........In the past 2 week I have gotten everyone else's mail but mine......I went to the Postmaster to complain about 4 months ago because the Mail person would not deliver my mail because my dog was barking at her from the window.....Now I get a new mail person and I guess they cannot read addresses correctly....In the past week I have gotten other peoples mail from Montclair Avenue Other people on Walnut Street to Lowernotch Rd's mail.....Is it to much to ask for to just get my mail and no one else's........Thank you....Frustrated on Walnut Street............. read more
