She is the absolute worst in customer service. If I go to other posts offices everything is ok, but Woodland Park, Cathy will find something to make a problem. I went…read moreto the window and ask to speak to the manager and the clerk came back and said I told him he said he was coming , after standing there for 20 minutes he never came up front and I asked the clerk to go remind him, the came back and said I told him, after waiting 45 minutes for this rude manager he still never came up front to address my issue. I started using this post office for about 4 months and my packages go missing my mail doesn't get delivered and if it does the carrier puts it on top of the mailbox. Now I receive mail every 3-4 days maybe , They leave the mail in house because my route doesn't have a regular mail carrier. So when my mail comes it's a lot of mail. At this time I'm waiting for important mail and this place is so bad informed delivery isn't available because it's so dysfunctional. I have called about 6 times to put in complaint about all of these issues. So one when I walked in the post master was in the lobby assisting people and she called me over to help me , she said she would call this post office and find when, what, why and gave me the number to her secretary. Well I called her number and there is no answer machine and she doesn't answer the phone. The people running this post office is doing a horrible job here and their customer service is terrible. They just don't care. I can't wait to move so I don't have to deal with this post office anymore. As long as I'm here I'm going to keep calling and complaining .....
