No problem other than they had no chairs for me to sit on, except for three EMPTY chairs at the desk. I asked to use one while I waited, they refused saying they were for employees only and behind the desk. I said they had rollers and I could move it in front of the desk until it was my turn, but again they refused. I know that isn't exactly a business issue but morally seeing someone in distress and refusing them help seems not very nice!
