If we had a problem it was addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. Love that the same people man the counter for years and it feels very comfortable going in there. I would suggest that if anyone has an issue that maybe you should start with yourself and maybe an attitude change would help. I have heard and seen over the years many people who treat the people behind the counter in an arrogant, know all attitude, better than you,and are just down right miserable excuses for human beings. There is no excuse acceptable for this kind of behavior. And yes it is a really busy place sometimes for many different reasons. One being it is a small PO with a limited amount of help. They are ALWAYS sure to put these "passport people" first. Now, after several employess have retired, there are only 2 people working there. These employess are overworked!! There should be specific hours/days for passport applications and those hours should be posted on the door. We are spending our hard earned money on postage and now we are made to be treated like dirt! And yes, I have been asked by some employess to "please call and complain", yet whenever I call, the phone just rings and rings. No one ever answers. UPS is my new go-to. So done with this horrible place!

Remember to use registered mail for valuable items or you might have to deal with stolen packages (they never get lost, just stolen by postal employees). WARNING: USPS's mailing insurance is a joke. Not only will you spend hours jumping through hoops filling out the claim forms and filing appeals, USPS automatically rejects all claims filed that do not present a receipt of the actual financial transaction; a normal store invoice will not do, just a copy of the actual card or check transaction.
