The Warrington Post Office is the absolute WORST Post Office I have ever been to. No matter when you go, you are sure to be made to wait while all the cashiers take passport applications. They are ALWAYS sure to put these "passport people" first. Now, after several employess have retired, there are only 2 people working there. These employess are overworked!! There should be specific hours/days for passport applications and those hours should be posted on the door. We are spending our hard earned money on postage and now we are made to be treated like dirt! And yes, I have been asked by some employess to "please call and complain", yet whenever I call, the phone just rings and rings. No one ever answers. UPS is my new go-to. It used to be a great post office. They have this young person who's on her phone every time you enter the post office. Her phone comes first. Today i asked for overnight priority mail boxes. Her first answer was I don't think we have those. They had them but she didn't want to get off her butt to find them just like the time I asked her. She doesn't want to work. Short skinny counter lady is rude and raises voice at you. came back to pick up my keys for my apartment complex mailbox and tried the keys today oh guess what they don't work and all the mailboxes are labeled and some idiot put their name on the front of my mailbox. I called the post office and told them keys don't work, someone else's name is on my box for my apartment building and apartment number. so either you guys messed the keys up or I don't know what happened but I need to get my mail. I'm told they will have it fixed today and call me back. yeah we'll see if that happens. 15 minutes later to my shock and surprise the post master himself got my mail out of my box and brought it to me and tried my keys told me it sticks a little as it's new and it's tight so you have to wiggle it a bit. read more

Unprofessional... I called to see why mail was being forwarded without an forwarding order on file. I just wanted to know who authorized the change, that it. The male clerk I spoke to was unprofessional. He acted like I was being ungrateful for the "courtesy" that the Post Office was providing. I've only had experiences at this post off and the one in Horsham. I only have ever gone here for mailing purposes (not for passports or anything special) and I have always had a good experience. Usually the line is very long but the staff is awesome. You'll recognize the staff every time you go in, even if it's months or years since you last have gone. I love that they're all the same and they're all super nice it really makes it feel like your neighborhood post office. They do offer passports here like I said but I have not gone here for that. The last time I went I went to send mail via a prepaid mailer, they have a whole display with the envelopes and if you need a box, just ask. The women who helped me , helped me a lot by helping me pick out box sizes and disclosing which ones I would have to pay more for (I picked up express envelopes unknowingly). This is a great post office with super friendly and helpful staff. Don't let its small size deter you from going ! read more

NOT EVEN WORTH A STAR! Never go to this post office, they're a bunch of sticklers. They make you wait in line even if you have prepaid postage. And if the weight is off by one ounce they make a big fuss over it and won't even take it or fix it. Extremely infuriating. DON'T GO HERE! read more

Pretty much stole the contents of the envelope that contained my gift. The way it was opened was cut clean. Damaged in transit! No way!

I have been patronizing this Post Office since the 1960's!! Have always been received with friendliness and courtesy!! Anytime I had an issue they were very knowledgeable and helpful. If we had a problem it was addressed and taken care of in a timely manner. Love that the same people man the counter for years and it feels very comfortable going in there. I would suggest that if anyone has an issue that maybe you should start with yourself and maybe an attitude change would help. I have heard and seen over the years many people who treat the people behind the counter in an arrogant, know all attitude, better than you,and are just down right miserable excuses for human beings. There is no excuse acceptable for this kind of behavior. And yes it is a really busy place sometimes for many different reasons. One being it is a small PO with a limited amount of help. But a smile and a little patience goes a long way. read more

I happen to like this post office. I think if people are looking to have conversations about their lives... they should go to a bar. Otherwise, this post office is just fine and I have never had any issues. my mail gets delivered without fail!! read more
