The Mearns Location is often very good experience. Self service kiosk is a huge plus.

Moved here in 2023, our mailman Anthony is amazing he's so sweet and helpful and I called to speak to someone at the Warminster office his name was Joe he's Anthony's supervisor super nice man very helpful. Found my package because boscov's is a bunch of liars and said it was going to be here sooner than it was. I don't see how anyone can give them bad references I don't know what you're expecting, whatever it is these two men know what they're doing, thank you we appreciate you. read more

If I could give no stars, I would! The Warrington Post Office is the absolute worst post office I have ever been in. All they do is process passports. I have walked in numerous times to mail packages/buy stamps, only to be told to "come back later or go to another post office". I have been waiting for an important package to be delivered. I went Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday and there was no package notice in my PO Box. I went home and tracked the package, only to find it had been delivered on Monday. When I went to ask where my package was, I was once again, forced to wait behind three people getting passports- one WITHOUT an appointment, even though the sign on the door says "passports by appointment only"! One person working, that's it. I spoke out that I wanted to see a manager. The employee knows who I am and yelled out, "give me a minute. I have a package for you". When they gave me the box, I told her of it being delivered three days ago and how I did not receive a notice. She looks at me and says, "really" No, I'm lying! This place is awful. Also, paid over $100.00 for overnight delivery on another package, yet it arrived a day late. The post office needs to be privatized!! These rude employees are paid top-dollar and have absolutely no fear of discipline. read more

Your typical post office: long lines due to gross understaffing and cranky, lazy, entitled union employees. But the neighborhood is nice and USPS trumps all other common carriers for delivery speed, reliability, and costs. It is by far the lesser of all evils, at least in my experience. Note to all Yelpers who have complained about lost mailings: simply add extremely secure Registered Mail. It will travel more slowly but at least it will get there. Online stays open till 2:00 PM Saturday, but the note on the door at 1:00 PM says CLOSED. OUCH!

I have dealt with both Warminster post offices and the one in Horsham. Horsham always had at least 2 clerks at the counter. Warminster sometimes has only one and very long lines. Clerks stony faced and don't look at you. Post offices have no competition, same as any government offices so they can treat the customers any way they want. They apparently are trained in nasty and aloof customer "service". They sound like what I hear about the nasty US immigration officers. Their "customers" are foreigners so they are not just cold and mean, but accusatory and cruel. They make the post office counter clerks seem not so bad. The mail carriers, are totally different and usually are sweethearts. As usual the US government makes no sense. Also I have limited time to stand in line due to a back disability but I am never accommodated when standing in a long line so I have to go when the line is usually shortest . read more

One of the worst post offices I've been to. I visited this place many times and almost never a good experience. The last experience I had a question about a shipping price and the rude guy clerk said ohh you won't find cheaper at FedEx or ups go ahead try. So I did try and wow it was 10 bucks cheaper thanks man! Also get a size bigger vest your beer belly is hanging out. Never again. read more

I went to the PO means rd, Warminster to purchase 300 stamps. Although the stamps I wanted were the newest Love stamps and they had them in stock the woman who claimed to be the "custodian of the stamps" refused to sell them to me in 3 different visits because she wanted to sell the old ones first! She was most unpleasant and actually raised her voice and yelled at me and told me to go to Willow Grove, Southampton or Warrington. read more

Dealing with this post office is so frustrating it makes me cry. As in I literally just went by the post office (useless waste of time), then started crying to my non English speaking mailman when I got home. I have had SEVERAL packages delivered to me, and I NEVER get notices that they have arrived! Having just missed the mailman who will NOT leave my packages or a notice. I'm at work most of the time, i dont have time to drive to this post office (not near my house either), and 'stop by' for my packages. That said, almost daily i am racing around the neighborhood without a notice in hand, when I get to the front of the line i tell them I have packages here, they ask for my notice. I tell them they NEVER leave me a notice, She said, "well if they didn't leave you a notice, you have no package." I have done that twice now, having to wait in the eternal line of everyone in Philly sending 23598350 boxes when i just want to pick up my damn item. Don't most post offices have a separate line for pick ups? I know I've seen them and waited in many. Today, i skipped a work to pick up this package got inside to see the line again out the door. No way do i have 45 minutes to wait in that fucking line. When I call them I've been hung up on, frequently. I have actually SPOKEN to my mailman on the phone prior to having just run into him at my building and having asked directly if he had a package for me when distributing our mail (to which he did not reply at ALL, just blatantly ignored me, and then left me no notice), telling him to LEAVE my package next time he comes by, which I never received. I cannot express how much I hate this post office. Also, if someone DOES answer the phone at the # , consider yourself lucky. I also get mail everyday for about 3203958023589 people who used to live at my address in the past century, as well as junk mail at such an incredible rate its unbelievable. read more

Despite my consistent efforts to have my packages delivered to my home, the Warminster post office continues to deliver them to another address . Yesterday, two packages were brought to my home by a neighbor. They went to her home instead of mine. At Christmastime, a package which they claimed they delivered, never got to me! I had to take a loss because they do not have to make good on the package. I have tried everything...nothing works. They continue to mess up! read more

I sometimes use this Post Office as it is close to where I work. Everyone who works in both the main branch and the York Rd. Station are always very sullen. They will not scan your tracking numbers on package acceptance or issue a receipt for accepting a pre-paid package. First Class packages I have mailed from here have sat for two days before being sent to the sorting center in Philadelphia. I belive this is the reason they refuse to scan packages, because it covers their onefficiencies. From now on, I will take the extra time to go to the Warrington Post Office, where they are always freindly and helpful, and always scan tracked packages and issue a receipt. read more
