They called me one time, but when the call came through, my caller ID showed it as SPAM instead of identifying the business as Dan's Appliance. Because of that, I didn't immediately know who was calling. They left a voicemail, but after that I never received another call back or any follow-up. If a business is trying to reach a customer, especially about an appliance service or appointment, I think it's reasonable to expect the business to identify itself properly and make an effort to follow up. A business phone number showing up as "SPAM" and then only making one attempt to contact a customer makes it very difficult to do business. I hope Dan's Appliance will look into how their calls are being identified and improve their follow-up with customers. Communication is an important part of good customer service.
