We purchased a dishwasher, microwave, washer and a refrigerator totaling nearly $10,000. Over $4000 was a refrigerator from Dan's TV the we bought one year and nine months ago. The refrigerator freezer wasn't worked properly from the time we got it. Since the time of purchase repairmen have came numerous times unable to resolve the issues. The repairmen have said there wasn't a fix for it due to the serial number. My husband went to the shop to see if something could be worked out and the owner's son threw him out and screaming for him never step foot in the store again. My husband has since filed a lawsuit against Dan's for the cost of this faulty product. The manager, the owners son, has during that process disclosed documents from the appliance manufacturer that has directed them to take the refrigerator back because of a manufacturer deficiency. Instead, Dan's TV have elected to file delays in court for 90 days preventing us from having a properly functioning refrigerator for all of this time. We've been a loyal high dollar customer for many years. Clearly, customer service means nothing to Dans TV. Take your money somewhere else.
