Obviously, we were completely terrified but at the same time wondering if she was over exaggerating. Well, long story short, the belt and the agitator in my Speed Queen washing machine had broken due to its age. I didn't know that at the time, but I called my Home Warranty company, and they tried to send me Sears. I absolutely hate Sears. There's a reason why that company has fallen off the face of the planet. The reason is their horrible customer service. Nobody goes into their stores and buys their crappy products. Even their home repair company is worse. I have to tell you, I was beyond frustrated and disheartened because I felt like my washing machine wouldn't be fixed anytime soon. I called my Home Warranty back, telling them I can't have Sears and that I need to go with my own people. With enough passion and vigor in my voice, they gave me the opportunity and connected me with these guys. They understood my frustration and did everything they could to fit me in within a few days of my phone call. They were able to come out and fix my washing machine promptly, providing amazing customer service. Thank you, Mike, for fixing my washing machine and doing it with such care. I appreciate your warm and caring personality, as well as your desire to ensure my satisfaction as a customer. I have to say that my Home Warranty also appreciated their invoice and accepted it within a few hours. Hopefully, I'll get some of this repair paid for later on down the road.
