I thought it would be nice to have an awareness of value. There is that adage, something is only worth what another is willing to pay, but had hoped to be able to have a more intelligent conversation about items. I would suggest Appraisal Associates to anyone that is looking at choices for appraisers.

They used bad homes to compare the value of the home and did not take into consideration the area, neighborhood, other houses in the area, and the rise of housing prices since the boom. You would be better off finding another company to do your Appraisal, though if you use them and you have a different opinion, feel free to make your own review.
