Some so heavy that I had to hire someone on destination end to unload. BOXES WERE NOT MARKED CORRECTLY!! Still haven't found sewing machine or dish towels. Still unpacking after a month. They took over 6 hours for a 4 hour job. The guys that loaded the uhaul were fast, efficient, personable. Got in out and done within 3 hours. Loaders I'd give 5 . Rating about is for the packers.

They professionally wrapped everything, took down tvs, beds, mirrors, everything. My new house was just painted and they didn't nick any paint. An example: I mistakenly had them put some heavy, bulky furniture in the basement, but realized it should have been on the second floor. When I told them it needed to go up 2 more flights of stairs the response was "No problem, we'll move it wherever you need it" (Sorry guys!). The price was fair, and I will DEFINITELY use them for my next move.

Out of the 18 snowfalls where a snowblower would be needed we've had since then, it has only functioned 8 times. During the most recent failure, the propulsion system gave out. Brown's confirmed the belt snapped due to a manufacturing defect. Despite this clear evidence, Ariens refused to stand behind their product. Because of this lack of accountability, my next snowblower will definitely not be an Ariens.
