He clearly states what he intends to do, then does exactly that: shows up when he says he will (texting us in advance that he is on the way), evaluates the issues, shares his recommendation and quote, then does the agreed-upon work with surgical precision. His high level of skill and quality results speak for themselves. He provided efficient work at an exceptional value for the cost. Ben installed our two new toilets and repaired related plumbing, replaced a leaking kitchen disposal, repaired under-sink kitchen plumbing to accommodate a new reverse osmosis hot and cold water on-demand system, and diagnosed a few other fixes along the way. We added a simple in-line descaling unit to help reduce the hard water sediment, and noticed results almost immediately. He knew our faulty kitchen faucet head was covered under warranty and called to get a replacement on its way to us. He installed a new water main easy access shut-off valve so we don't have to reach waaay down behind the water heater for an old school dial knob. So helpful! Ben is super clean, organized, professional and personable. He wears booties when entering the home, lays his tools neatly out on his work mat, has a tub to collect anything he removes, and leaves the place far better than he finds it. He also reached out several times to follow up after the appointments, to see that the new installations were working as expected and that we were happy.
