In 20 minutes, he had the furnace back together and working. The sucker punch was receiving this bill in the mail after offering to pay cash or check before he left. $145 seemed like a mistake and she called to make sure we were not accidentally charged for an ignitor. My wife was told that $145 is just a billable hour and that it did not matter he was at the house for less than 20 minutes. We live in town and it cost $145 for a guy to drive to our house and work a flathead screwdriver on 6 bolts and plug in a new ignitor we had in box next to the furnace. This seems either like taking advantage of a woman while her husband is overseas or just so steep that everyone should be warned so you don't get blindsided by $145/hour.

By the next week I hadn't heard anything so I reached out and he had said he forgot all about me. He then said he could come by the following day and to give him a call to see where he was. I did, and was told he could come by later that day. Later that evening he still hadn't showed so I called back again, he said he couldn't make it. We arranged for the next day even set a time and Brian never called or showed up. Terrible!! I would not recommend this company if you want things done in a timely manner or at all.
