Josh procured/replaced an awning arm for our camper. 2wks before our month long trip to Wyoming…read morefrom Cypress TX, one of our awning arms bent and needed to be replaced. I called numerous repair places and no one was able to repair it before our departure. I contacted Josh and he was able to get the arm two days after we arrived in Dubois Wy, he came by and replaced the awning arm. The arm was the one with the motor. All the repair places in TX wanted to replace the whole arm (including the motor). Josh was able to get the arm without the motor, replace the arm using the original motor which saved me $350. I really appreciated Josh's punctuality. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. That trait is really hard to find now days.

The entire job is starting to bubble now the house was brand new not even six months old and they have been here once already to repair same issue. I wouldn't Recommend them for any flooring if they can't handle laminate then I would hate to see what happens when skill is needed.
