Woke up Thursday February 15 with no heat! After being referred to Joe's, they were here within an…read morehour or so. After two opinions, we found out that our 35 year old furnace was dead. We got a quick estimate & was scheduled for a new furnace on Monday, a more important job needed to be done before ours, a newborn was coming home Saturday. So they brought a big heater for us to use. First thing Monday(8:10am) the crew was here! After tearing out our old one, they made sure we had heat by the end of the day( it was a big job). The crew was AWESOME . A big thank for the great job in sub-zero temperatures.

I ended up having to hire another contractor to finish the job correctly. The owner was no help and refused to provide me with the mans credentials. I'm not sure he actually is an electrician. Would not recommend this company.
