I called numerous repair places and no one was able to repair it before our departure. I contacted Josh and he was able to get the arm two days after we arrived in Dubois Wy, he came by and replaced the awning arm. The arm was the one with the motor. All the repair places in TX wanted to replace the whole arm (including the motor). Josh was able to get the arm without the motor, replace the arm using the original motor which saved me $350. I really appreciated Josh's punctuality. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. That trait is really hard to find now days.

We called several RV technicians that the campground recommended and they couldn't get to us right away - one even quoted us an emergency flat rate of $350 to make an emergency trip + $395/hour (1 hour minimum) to diagnose and repair the problem, they would've shown up 8 hours later. While we were calling RV techs, we had left a VM for Marty's Mobile RV Repair and he called back while we were calling around - he was driving around the campground looking for us! He was there within 20 minutes of our call looking for us and he was totally prepared to diagnose and fix the problem right away! He spent a couple of hours chasing our power failure and he found it and fixed it before we had major problems with the month's worth of food in the freezer. He also worked with my husband for repair tips on the various fuses that were involved in the diagnostic process and solved the problem. We were in week 1 of a 4 week trip and he was amazing, responsive and super friendly. Add to that he was incredibly reasonable price-wise and also gave us some touristing tips for things to see on our travels. I had called Rita-Rooter in Jan 2026 because our sewer had backed up and I couldn't get a clog out…read more He came and got the clog out but said he would come back with his camera and would get ahold of me the following week. By the next week I hadn't heard anything so I reached out and he had said he forgot all about me. He then said he could come by the following day and to give him a call to see where he was. I did, and was told he could come by later that day. Later that evening he still hadn't showed so I called back again, he said he couldn't make it. We arranged for the next day even set a time and Brian never called or showed up. Terrible!! I would not recommend this company if you want things done in a timely manner or at all.
