Unfortunately, they did not close everything up that they had opened and unscrewed the first time. My septic line was dismounted from the bottom of the toy hauler, screws and washers that were supposed to retain my LED light strips had not been returned to their place, so when I came back to them, asking them to come back here to finish their job, they did, but they also charged me $249 to do it. As a former small business owner myself (farrier) if I didn't finish a job one day, I definitely came back to finish it the next day, and I sure did not charge them to finish the work that I was supposed to do the first time. According to the invoice, they charged me $199 to add a few extra screws on top of returning everything the way that it was before they came out the first time, and $40 for fuel. In my opinion, the only thing I should've paid for is the $40 in fuel. I communicated how I felt about this invoice, and they did not budge at all. I'm a bit disappointed to say the least. The only advice I would give future customers is that you ensure they finish the work they started before they leave so that you aren't stuck with a second invoice for things they should've completed the first time around.

By the next week I hadn't heard anything so I reached out and he had said he forgot all about me. He then said he could come by the following day and to give him a call to see where he was.
