I called numerous repair places and no one was able to repair it before our departure. All the repair places in TX wanted to replace the whole arm (including the motor). Josh was able to get the arm without the motor, replace the arm using the original motor which saved me $350. I really appreciated Josh's punctuality. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. That trait is really hard to find now days.
