I understand any home repair business gets unforeseen things thrown at them on the job, but the lack of common courtesy is blatant. Ended up going with a different company because if this company ignores potential customers, I'd hate to have to deal with them working on my home. The woman who made the first estimate arrangement must have been new to answering phones. She was confused, unsure and not very competent. So their hiring process must not be too hard. There are plenty of other companies in the area offering the same services that actually show up or at least call.
