I've had to deal with this company twice in the last 4 months, and while the reasons I've had to contact them have not been wonderful (backed-up sewer), the company itself has been wonderful to deal with. Derek and his team were on site as quickly as they could be to start the clean-up process, I never felt like they were over-charging me for the services they provided. And, while they were there, they went above and beyond what was necessary. I would recommend Disaster Recovery highly to anybody that ever needs their services. read more

When you wake up to a flooded basement on labor day not only do you panic because of the damage, but you also panic not knowing who to call. Thankfully, I called Disaster recovery! Derek and his team arrived to my home in less than an hour on a HOLIDAY! Professionalism doesn't come close to describing the kind of service they provided. The clean up process began immediately and they didn't miss a single thing. These people know how to provide customer service and truly go above and beyond. The charges were very reasonable and the end result was FANTASTIC. I highly recommend Disaster Recovery!!!!! read more

Master Clean & Advanced Air Tech - Gillette

We moved to Wyoming 18 years ago. By 2024, our 3-car garage had hardly enough room for two cars,…read morebecause there were boxes, tools, yard and snow equipment, leftover items from the original move, and a lot of just "junk" stacked feet high along the sides of the garage, in the front of the parking spaces, and filling the third car space. So much that it was hazardous for my 80-year-old husband and I to walk through the garage! Master Clean was doing another major job for us and I mentioned that I wished I had some one to clean and organize the garage. Debbie Newman heard me and offered to take the job on. In three days, she had cleared out the junk, organized all the tools and equipment, disposed of items that I indicated we didn't need to keep, AND cleaned the entire garage. When I saw what she'd done, I was amazed and delighted! We could finally walk through the garage safely, park a third car, and find things we needed. And the price was quite reasonable, given the hard work and skills needed. Thank you, Debbie. I plan to call you again when we move from this house.
