Anyway, we called around and everyone was booked and with the holiday weekend we couldn't get service till next week. We got a hold of Git R Done and explained the situation. They got in touch with one of their drivers, who was done for the day and about to start his holiday weekend fun. But, he fit us in and took care of the problem. Everyone involved was very professional and helpful. The cost was $350 to empty our 1,000 gal tank. That was very reasonable! We will be using Git R Done from here on out. Very happy!

At this point, I was just so happy to talk to someone real! They were at my house within the hour. They fixed the issue and I had power restored. Josh procured/replaced an awning arm for our camper. 2wks before our month long trip to Wyoming…read morefrom Cypress TX, one of our awning arms bent and needed to be replaced. I called numerous repair places and no one was able to repair it before our departure. I contacted Josh and he was able to get the arm two days after we arrived in Dubois Wy, he came by and replaced the awning arm. The arm was the one with the motor. All the repair places in TX wanted to replace the whole arm (including the motor). Josh was able to get the arm without the motor, replace the arm using the original motor which saved me $350. I really appreciated Josh's punctuality. He did what he said he would do when he said he would do it. That trait is really hard to find now days.
