Tim Stewart with Paragon Plumbing & Heating said he could do it -- and he did exactly what he promised. He showed up the same day to diagnose the issue, and within two hours I had a quote in hand. Tim was pleasant, kind, professional, cleaned up after himself, and even checked on me afterward to make sure everything was good.
