I highly recommend Phil's RV Service…read more Phil was right on time and didn't waste anytime getting to work. We needed our 5th Wheel inspected for warranty work. He went over the area of concern several times to be sure he wasn't missing anything. Also, there were a few other things needing to be fixed that we hadn't originally requested when we scheduled the appointment. Phil gladly fixed them effortlessly. Thank you Phil!

BJ, a few corrections are needed here. We were NEVER offered fans as a solution, nor would we have…read moredeclined a fix for the exact issue we hired you to resolve, we wanted the fridge working, period. The thermostat swap happened quickly, right before we pulled out of the campground, which meant there was no real window to confirm it had actually resolved anything before we left. Before making that swap, I was told there would be no additional charge for it YET that changed to 15 more minutes of labor... once my husband was no longer present. I also never told you we were financially struggling. That's not something I said, nor would I ever say to a stranger, and I don't know why it's being presented as if I did? As for the outcome: the fridge doesn't work at all now! We've been using coolers with ice since, and we've now hired another company to try to fix it properly. We paid you $450 and left with a non-functional refrigerator, which was the entire point of the call. A repair that leaves a customer with a non-functional fridge, blatently makes up false information in reponse to a negative review and then requires hiring another company to fix it, speaks for itself... I'll let others weigh the rest of your response against these facts.

Absolutely the BEST RV Mobile Tech in the area!!!!!!!!!!!…read more We were staying at a RV park in Rapid City. It was our first time in an RV, but we were long term on a Job assignment, so we were staying through the winter in our brand new 2021 RV. The weather was getting in the negatives, so obviously warmth was critical, but our furnace stopped blowing warm air. We tried to troubleshoot it ourselves and got it working for a little bit, but it failed again the following day. We have pets, so if we're out, we leave them at home. We couldn't very well leave them in a below freezing camper. So, we decided to call a mobile tech. Now Camping World suggested 3 in the area. We called the first two services and nobody even picked up the phone, but when we called TravelTyme, a gentleman by the name of "Dustin" picked up on the first ring. We explained the problem and he immediately eased our worries by telling us that he would be right out. We called him at 10:30am and he was at our doorstep within 20 minutes. How awesome is that. Now get this, our problem was with our Dometic Furnace. Dustin just happened to be a distributor for Dometic! Which meant that not only could he identify and fix the issue with relative ease, but he could also file the warranty information with Dometic, meaning that all we needed to pay for was the service call...and he did just that! He was in and out within 20 minutes. Replaced our sail switch and got our heat running. Most importantly, he gave us the assurance that we needed to trust our equipment to operate as it was designed to. Which meant that we can go about our day and leave our pets in a warm comfy home, knowing that they will be safe and warm. If you are looking for an excellent mobile technician for your RV, I more than highly recommend TravelTyme. Don't even call the other two. Thank you Dustin!!!!!
