He came for a frozen access and water access diversion. He talked me into an easy fix and i agreed. Agter he left i then had a leak because he crimped the hose in half and left it luke this. He is shitty and is known ro over charge and has a duct tape method of repair. read more

Miles got the Job done, and done right. He is patriotic, knows what he is doing, and cares a lot about doing it right. He went up on the roof of our Airstream and fixed one of our two Dometic AC units that sounded like a lawnmower. The rattling related to a loose screw and a screw that was totally off the frame that supports the unit. The fan was rubbing against the plastic casing. He saved me a lot of time waiting to get in to a RV service center and frustration of having a broken unit. read more

Miles is awesome! He came out to replace our RV toilet on a Saturday morning. He answered my phone call himself at 9:30 am, made some calls looking for parts and called back within 15 minutes. He was unable to get the parts right away, but he got back on the phone when I asked for a new toilet replacement. Within the hour he arrived at the RV park with a replacement. 20 min later he was done! It was one of those things I was not prepared to go without. LOL He was friendly, funny and most importantly he was efficient. I have no clue whether he was more expensive than someone else, and frankly it doesn't matter. Camper Problem 1: Miles did a great job replacing our broken leaf spring. Camper Problem 2: Our fans were working on and off so he looked at those and replaced one circuit and then they both worked fine. He billed our manufacturer and they covered the whole bill! Not everyone is this fortunate, so we were very pleased and surprised. Almost 2 months later the fan in the bathroom stopped working again. Miles came over promptly and he took out the circuit to send into the manufacturer . They agreed to replace the fan completely because our camper is still in warranty. Miles lets me know when he can come over and respects my nap time for my son . Sometimes he is hard to get a hold of . He must be busy. Update: He just ordered the fan and will replace it soon. Horrible customer service. I was given this number by AAA. Called guy, got voicemail, and then a text requesting for me to text back. I explained I needed to know if emergency service could be provided and that I preferred to speak in person. I got no response back. Nothing. Not even a "I'm sorry, but I'm unable to help you with that." Then the next day, I get a text asking, "what's the problem?" Good grief. Sometimes when you're running a business and you have to discuss mechanical dilemmas, a verbal conversation is most practical. read more

We had a potentially difficult repair on our hydraulic leveling system so I scheduled an appointment with Miles to assist me. When he arrived, we reviewed the problem and he found out the REAL problem was not with the hydraulics at all. Since he had made the site call, he helped me with a couple of smaller items before heading on to his next call. We were in Badlands National Park, headed towards Oregon for my mother-in-law's memorial service, when we had some problems with our new (to us) motorhome. I called Miles based on a quick Google search and was pleasantly surprised when he answered the phone after normal business hours. Our RV house battery was having issues and we suspected a converter problem. We couldn't get the jacks down or open the slide. Miles agreed to meet us early the next morning and he helped us identify the problem within less than an hour. He also took extra time to educate us about some of our motor home mechanisms that we hadn't yet learned about. We found ourselves 1900 miles from our home base and in need of a relatively easy (but serious) RV warranty service call. Local dealerships (Jack's in Rapid City) could not see us for 4-5 months, so recommended Miles Mobile RV. We phoned Miles on 10/16 and made an appointment for the next day. Miles did not show up; blamed us for not sending an email (which we had). He said he had no way of getting a hold of us, despite the fact we'd phoned his mobile phone from ours - he would have absolutely had our phone number on his call record. We rescheduled with him for the following Monday. We asked that he confirm receipt of our email, which he did. We had included both of our phone numbers in that email, as well as the address of the RV park where we were stranded. We called to confirm his arrival, he said he was on his way. Hours went by and it was clear we were being stood up for the SECOND time. When we finally reached him again, he blamed us for giving him the "wrong address". He was completely unprofessional on the phone; swearing and calling us names. He left us in a situation where our RV could have been further damaged by weather. I would recommend avoiding Miles Mobile RV. He is a very dishonest man with horrible customer service. read more

Miles helped us out in a bind while in SD for a couple days, he was great and super accommodating. We had a blow out that I'm pretty sure was due to bad bearings, he let us drop the trailer at his house, repacked the bearings and straightened our leaning hitch. Even better, he comes to you! If you have a repair issue, you need to call Miles. He's a professional, thorough, and very attentive to detail. He is a master of his craft and I could not have been happier with his work (and his interaction with me) during the repair. He explained everything in detail that I needed and wanted to know. He replaced two small ball valves that operate my gray and black tank flush system. In doing so he notice some corroded connections on my macerator pump switch, also the connections on my water pump switch were about to fail. This saved me more headache and money.
