Whereas the mailman represented the post office in a negative light, the official who spoke with me lent credibility as he personally spoke to this disrespectful employee. I wish I had asked the name of this official as I want his supervisor to be apprised of what an asset he is to the post office; and hope he is being compensated commiserate with his compassion and professionalism.
