Here is the email I wrote to them after I received my package. "Not only is the print in mint condition but your experience, care and meticulousness in packing and shipping clearly showed and was exceptional; our concerns about the winter weather and rain were also handled perfectly.  I am really glad I spoke to John, I believe his name was, about other shipping options which really made a difference in the total package shipping costs  in these hard times, Bravo. Just to let you know we never doubted your expertise and capabilities, it was just the amount of time to get this present to our aunt that was a concern, she loved it. Just think about what would happen if you had a smile on your face when you met these people in person. This was my New Year's resolution for 2021 and it goes a long way in this world. Peter M

I was told they replaced my iPhone battery with an actual Apple battery, which Best Buy showed me was not correct. and the battery they used was actually unstable and considered hazardous material. They also severely damaged my phone when replacing the back glass by not replacing all screws, internal panels or even used proper adhesive. This left my phone vulnerable and promptly suffered water damage. This company has zero business being in operation and everyone should look elsewhere for proper electronic device repairs. Do not go here unless you do not care about your device. They are extremely overpriced and will destroy your property.

They are terrific people to do business with. It's family run and what sets this apart from most jewelry stores I have dealt with is how friendly they are and the individual way they work one on one with each customer. More than willing to show you items and do not act like they are doing you favor. We were treated with respect, offered options and suggestions without being pushy about a sale. I never felt pushed. Browsing is just fine, you get the same great treatment. Willing to put in watch batteries, shorten a neck chain. I was really impressed with how nice the three family owners are. I dealt with Josh the first time and Paul about a piece of jewelry I wanted made. When I called Paul's wife answered and got me me to Paul without question. She was very nice and easy to interact with. I'm glad I found Richard J. Wobby Jewelry, they are nice to deal with and it's wonderful to have a local and honest business so close to home. So much better than dealing with the pressure of chain stores. I highly recommend them!
