Meet the Business Owner: Wes P.

Our founder, Wes Parker, provided his technological services to various Vermont health organizations for over 30 years. When Wes, a long time Montpelier resident, detected a need for a downtown tech shop, he decided to start North Branch Tech. Wes is delighted that there is never a dull moment in the constant flow of new technology. He loves helping the folks of Montpelier with all their tech needs. He has since retired and the company is now co-owned by Jen Gerfen who is also the Operations Manager, and Sean Burke who is also the Technical Manager. Jen oversees back-end business operations, manages staff, and works closely with her team to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Sean brings extensive experience with Windows Server and Microsoft SQL administration, networking infrastructure, and disaster recovery to his role at North Branch Tech.
