When my wife has called in the past, she was told not to call- that they'd be by to pick up. Well- 3 days with no pickup and my wife calling and texting ,even sending a message through FB. I called today- they came (very much appreciated) but LEFT the recycle on the curb! I hate to post against a family owned business- and I'm not sure if there has been a generational change- but... time to go with the corporate service Customer beware!
