My passport had an error in it so I filled out paperwork and went to this post office to get…read moreanother picture. Walk ins are available at this location from 1-2pm so I arrived at 1:20. There was a long line and only one person doing anything passport related. As I stood in line she saw I had a passport and promptly told me she didn't have time to take anymore passport pictures. It was 1:30pm at this point. I explained walk in service was from 1-2pm but she said too many people were ahead of me and she didn't have time. She also acted as if I was a bother to her. It was apparent she wasn't going to help me after I tried to reason with her so I wound up leaving without getting helped. It was hard for me to get there at all due to some difficulties I have and to be treated like that only reaffirms my lack of faith in the USPS.

My neighborhood has this silly mailman that just delivers things however he feels and we are constantly talking to each other to get our things to the correct owner. I went into the post office to address the missing check and spoke to Sherman behind the counter. He was attentive and thoughtful, and told me he'd get to the bottom of it.
