I told her I was in the market for Forever stamps and she flipped through her binder and showed me which ones were available for purchase. I told her my selections and then changed my mind a few times but she never grew impatient with me and helped me with a smile. Excellent customer service that is a true rarity these days!

This results in lost and mis-delivered mail - because they want to get done early. Postmaster does not care - he is just looking forward to retirement. Customer is stuck tracking mail with neighbors or having it resent by sender - which could take months.
