I went in looking for a quote on shipping something internationally. The shady guy at the counter appeared annoyed that I was there. I asked him a question about declaring it via customs, and he had no idea what I was talking about. He then gave me a quote for UPS and USPS. The USPS quote was significantly lower, and I said something along the lines of "maybe I should just go to the post office." I then asked him if he could give me a quote for DHL and FedEx, to which he responded, "Well, if you're just going to go to the post office, why would I give you a quote?" I said, "Well, I haven't decided what I'm going to do yet, I'm just looking for prices." He then said, "Why would I waste my time looking up prices if you're just going to go elsewhere?" At that point, I said, "OK, thank you." and I left. I went around the corner to the post office and not only did I receive friendly customer service, the price to ship from the post office was almost $50 cheaper. I do not recommend this business at all. EXTREMELY RUDE and UNPROFESSIONAL.

Called the direct line and asked to input access code ??? this is nothing new, has been going on for the 17 years I have lived here. I usually have to go in person a couple times when they leave the package at PO, is a vicious insane circle ! Now with Covid, I do not want to go pick up my packages in person since I am high risk. so what are my options now ?? I am writing a nasty sign to leave boxes with the mail !
