After watching the tracking all day, it finally appeared as 'delivery attempted' but "undeliverable" due to "blocked access" to the "door or driveway". Three cameras say the driver is a liar; no delivery was attempted nor was access to anything on the property blocked. Would have been more believable if driver stated, "undeliverable because it is raining and I hate my job." Would not have had it shipped to home if I knew USPS was the carrier. I receive 100% of UPS/FedEx deliveries. I've only had USPS deliver 2 out of about 10 successfully. (Being generous. I can actually only remember one success in three years). Nothing against them. I just really wish they'd deliver when they're the carrier. They'll carry it on the truck for a week then return to sender before they'll deliver it. This package actually *really* needed to be received. Received on time would have been a bonus. I used to be a delivery driver, and I just don't get it. This review is specifically for the 95667 zip code. Hoping I don't have more issues for having so daringly posted a review. Would have been happy to talk about it (if anyone cares); but answering the phone doesn't seem to be part of anyone's job duties.

We didn't think the price for the move was too bad, and the 3-month timetable seemed fair. It ended up taking them 10 months to deliver anything, many of our items were smashed to bits when we received them, and they ended up charging us an additional $1000 to get our items off the dock. We ended up going back and forth with their "Customer Service" department about all this. We were eventually offered $400 in recompense, provided we sign a "settlement agreement" freeing them from all legal liability for the late delivery and damages, and restricting us from commenting publicly on their staggeringly poor service. I don't like being held over a barrel like that, so here we are. In any case, if you decide to go with this company, maybe don't ship anything that's too important to you, or that you want to see again any time soon.
