Very bad service; they refused to help me just because I don't speak English well.You already know why

Terrible service, because they don't want to do the paperwork they prefer to say that it can't be done.

Carissa I believe is her name is very rude and disrespectful. I came to this location on my spring break to start the process for my passport. The lady had a bad attitude and tossed me a application and told me I had to come at a later date. I came 04/02/2024 to take my picture the lady who took my picture was WONDERFUL. The lady who took my picture and R.Harris we're in the back just for a short moment but I had a quick question so I asked Carissa for some help. I didn't get a response so I leaned over and she has headphones in her ear. After getting her attention she says "what" with an attitude and go and proceed to try and ask my question. She cuts me off points towards the empty space next to her and replied "She will help you with that" then puts her headphones back in her ear. So I politely just waited for R.Harris to come back to ask my question. I truly appreciate R.Harris and the picture lady I wish I got her name their so sweet and AMAZING at their jobs. Ps: There was only one other customer in there so no need to have an attitude. read more

This has to be the worst post office I have ever had to deal with from getting the phone put down on u when discussing mail that is either lost or missing or delivered to the wrong address.It seams they can't get delivery drivers that are will to actually do their job or actually bring mail to your door.It is sad that u spend so much time and money purchasing a nice home then u want to sell because of constant problems.Why pay them so much when they clearly are not worth half of what they earn,INCOMPETENCE read more

My experience at this post office was pretty terrible. I don't recommend going to this post office if you feel like you may have any questions. If you go into this post office and ask questions they will look at you like you're stupid and be very rude and disrespectful towards you. I absolutely have a strong disdain for this post office. I use it when I'm in the area and let me just say. In the 3 years, I've frequented, only one employee (older black gentleman) who is always nice, friendly, cordial and have excellent customer service. However, the short, stubby, black older lady with glasses (and her latest trusty sidekick a younger black woman) is what makes this post office a horrible experience. The short stubby black lady is always, ALWAYS, did I say A.L.W.A.Y.S., loud, RUDE, and GHETTO AF!!! She acts as if she absolutely hates the job she is tasked to do. I have at times, allowed the customer waiting in line behind me a chance to go ahead of me because I'd rather not have to deal with this lady. Her trusty sidekick, the younger woman, is just as ghetto and rude as well. I went to this post office on 5/24/21 to drop off a prepaid packaged and after waiting in line a couple minutes, the older stubby lady finally picked her head up from reading something and told me to "come on". When I explained I wanted to drop my package off, she grabbed it, placed it on the scale, and said, "ok, thank you". As I stood there thinking she would give me the receipt, of course she didn't. She asked me, "what you need?". When I kindly asked for a receipt.....she stated, "next time you need a receipt, use the kiosk by the door and it'll print you a receipt!!". Yet, in the time it took her to say that, she printed off my receipt. Like seriously, she acted as if it was going to hurt her to take 3 seconds to print a receipt from her machine. Talk about LAZY!!! Once she printed the receipt and handed it to me, I asked where was the older gentleman that normally works the front counter. She retarted, "older man....is he black, white, Asian, Mexican, what?" Now, for as long as I've come here, it's always the older nice black man working the counter with her. She knew exactly whom I was speaking of, then she said, he's in the back. I told her, he never has a problem printing off a receipt for me. To which she and the younger black female (who also had a client) both replied, well he shouldn't...he should send you to the kiosk if you want a receipt. For the love of God, I cannot WAIT until this older black ghetto and rude lady retires (and hopefully take her sidekick with her). I feel if you hate your job that much to where you're constantly rude and unhappy or dislike working with the public, find another job!!!! read more

Worst experience I had at a post office! I'll take my business somewhere else. First of all, I came in first before these other people behind me, but because I didn't walk all the way around this counter, this rude woman who worked there had me go to the back of the line because I wasn't where the line started. Secondly they don't give a damn about their customers. They don't care about helping you find the best price to save you some money! Hell, they tried charging me an extra $10 to label a package as "fragile" on top of the overpriced $13 shipping for a small box! I never had that kind of experience with the USPS in my hometown of Livingston. This place needs to upgrade to a much friendlier staff! read more

I have a P.O. Box that was once owned by a large company in Houston. So I do get pieces of mail that were intended for the previous owner(s). I sort through them and get my own mail out. Somewhere down the line ended up connecting with manager named Ebony, all of our interactions have been pleasant. Now, this is not a service that I requested but per Ebony they have someone sorting through the mail intended for my P.O. Box and if it's something intended for the previous recipients then it is being disposed of. I am a subscriber to USPS informed delivery. Problem is I was expecting a new card from my bank. Confirmed in Monday's email from Informed Delivery that it was en route to my P.O. Box. I check Friday and Saturday.....my box is totally empty. Now I understand that humans make mistakes and the postal employee probably threw out my mail during the sorting process, but what I take issue with is the customer service. Went to the counter and spoke to a someone named S. Richardson. She had an attitude right from the beginning. She sat there and nitpicked on my speech and pretended like she didn't understand what I was talking about. I explained the situation and she continued to deny that anyone was sorting my mail. She also basically called the manager (Ebony) a liar as well and said there was no way anyone was going through my mail. I know for a fact that managers don't always tell employees everything as the last person I spoke with at the counter was confused too until Ebony came out from the back office and explained it to him. If what S. Richardson said was true then why does USPS Informed Delivery show that I should have 21 pieces of mail in the P.O. Box but I currently have zero?? read more

Unfortunately writing a report about the service and public value of any post office is like reviewing a fart. No good comes out of except the person who does it. Lets face it , the entire postal system is an overpaid hierarchy of postal masters on top of managers on top of managers ontop of government workers who just dont care. The cost to operate this calamity of incompetence is 10x what a private company could accomplish. The service is fast if you're mailing letters or packages but passport service are in need of a new system we had an appointment at 12 pm it's not any seats you have to stand up while you wait. Of course people are unprepared therefore the counter person is filling out forms for customers which is not how it supposed to be if you need help completing the forms there needs to be a special services desk for that. I was at Foxwood post office to pay my box I have been used since 2003 without own them. Two months ago I get no letter and my box is not locked no notice received becouse all letter hold and return as they said. More over I went there personally they told me my box has been given to another person for non payment within two month.and all my letter has be sized or hold since September 06/2014 I went there no letter in my box and box not locked but no mail delivered in the box.no notice red or yellow notice give.Thanks and God bless you all. I have lived close to this location for almost five years now and so this where I go when I HAVE to. Rude, \, I feel like I am being \ in grade school or something, and I am the paying customer, the reason they HAVE a JOB!!! During my most recent visit, one of the employees even mocked me to another. "She said, Oh you are closing?, HAAA HA HA!" This was after I was asked abruptly and over and over if I was "Done ma'am?!" Trying to fill out an address on an envelope at the front, and quickly because I do have a toddler and an infant, I responded, "No, not yet." When the receipt was given with the comment that I could do a survey, I made a point to mention that I would. I saw the mocker's face of quiet and slightly regretful introspection. I did the survey. Now i am on the hunt for a manager somewhere, hopefully, who cares. read more

Slowest service ever. I get that this isn't the most exciting job you've ever had, but there's no need to take it out on the customers. The customer service was nonexistent. It's like they were playing a game of who can do their job the slowest. There were about 10 people ahead of me who only needed their mail postmarked yet it still took over an hour to get to the front of the line. read more

The employees that's been there forever are so nasty and so rude. I made a mistake and pushed my boxes too far off the counter that I was dropping off to mail and I apologized and the male associate standing right there didn't say a word. Just ignored me but I'm not surprised because this is how they conduct themselves everytime. Can't even be cordial and just staring everytime you come in the lobby like you shouldn't have come to conduct any business. The first rule of thumb in customer service is to be cordial. I hate coming to this location and it's the most convenient for me. For 20 years I've seen these same people looking miserable and it's a depressing experience everytime. However, the new manager is very nice and accommodating to customers when she's at the counter and the younger associates at the counter are welcoming as well. Terrible customer service here and no effort seems to be made to stock the flat rate boxes to enable self service. I was told if I wanted a self service flat rate box that I would need to wait in (a fairly long) line to be helped. That defeats the reason I use them and pay a premium for mailing with those boxes. I was also told (at 10am) that they didn't know if they'd be restocking the self serve kiosk that day so that I could come back the next morning and get a box myself. Spoke with a representative from the passport office at this location on 6/16/16. She was so busy talking over me and attempting to be condescending that she had trouble actually understanding my questions. The real problem was she wasn't listening, so of course, I had to repeat the questions! Sometimes even experienced public servants need refresher courses in customer service. If you end up speaking to this one on the phone, kindly ask her to stop talking and LISTEN to the question and/or request. Hopefully this is helpful to someone. This has to be the WORST post office in the nation. I truly wish they would arrange some hidden cameras in it. Everyone should see how horrible is the behavior of the employees that work here towards their customers. I do not understand how they have not been investigated. They should tape them and use the recordings for HR purposes on exactly what NOT to do in the work place. If you desire the most rude, careless, slowest, incompetent treatment in a post office this is your place. They have no pride or manners. They deliberately treat their customers like garbage and they make sure to let you feel how much they hate their job. If you need a Priority box because they were to lazy to have your size stocked in the table like it should be (the table that is intended for customers to pick up and go) they will let you stand forever in a line that barely moves only to be talked to like you are an inconvenience for asking them to get you one in the back once you finally reach a person in the counter. If you inquire about prices be ready to be talked to like dirt. If you have more questions regarding your shipment you will be treated with no respect for making their job "harder" than it should be. This facility is a veteran's location. As a veteran myself all I can say is shame on them for not even setting a bar . They simply have no respect for their customers and care even less about your needs. I personally decided not to step foot ever again here after so many repetitive scenarios and hours of my life lost in this useless place. Go elsewhere if you need something urgent.
