Stephen patiently listened to all of my nagging questions and was in constant communication throughout the entire process. He even sent me photographs of our load as he was getting ready to "palletize" them and also after he finished packaging everything onto two pallets. He never forgot us. Even after our shipment left his warehouse, he sent regular emails to make sure I was aware of the progress of the shipment. When the shipment arrived at our home, I was amazed at how carefully the boxes, bins and trunks were arranged on the pallets. All our packages were odd sized, but somehow he managed to arrange them so they fit perfectly together like puzzle pieces. The were all wrapped securely on the pallets with corrugated cardboard sides so that they stayed in place throughout their travels. I could not have asked for anything more.
