Disappointing experience…read more I went around 11am on 06/23/2023, there was one FedEx employee helping a customer and another on their phone towards the side. The one on the phone eventually came over, I just wanted to drop a package off and get a receipt. Instead of helping me, they just pointed me to some 'self-scan' kiosk - I stated, can't you just scan it here? They replied I can scan it over there, pointing to the kiosk. I'll pass on using this FedEx location again, more concerned with their phone then taking 15 seconds to scan my package.

I appreciate them giving jobs to teens but my yards signs got messed up. And honestly my cards had an issue as well that I didn't see until I opened the second box of cards. I just called because as a business owner running around I just got to setting my post and hanging my sign. The grommets they put in from their distribution place put the grommets in the wrong spot. Now the sign is looking unprofessional. After waiting on the phone the person was extremely room. Hey if you don't like your job find another! I'm unhappy with my product, don't get an attitude with me. I was very polite on the phone as well but at this point my services sell themselves and I will be returning everything and going with a different company. They don't things in house but the quality of the product is unprofessional I tried to over look something but the rudeness on the phone is unacceptable. On my yard signs when I told the girl at the counter I didn't like them she also was very rude and clearly upset. I was completely nice about. Obviously she didn't print the sign and I was patient in waiting for the new ones to come in but that phone call was the last straw for me. Buh-Bye Staples. When we bought the house we were told that needed to be rooted out once a year. Used various services throughout the years. Was told the pipe may be collapsed i would have to pay extra for the camera service. Even after the pipe was cleared if there was a heavy rain the pumps would run and the basement would still get wet. I had Wood's come out a year ago. Gave me a great price to clear the line and use the camera. 1st major point they were the only ones to root it from both ends. 2nd major point camera showed no damage to the pipe saving me thousands and tearing up my front yard. Best point it has been a year. The pumps have never come on. The water level has never risen. Basement has remained dry.
