    This branch is garbage. They don't carry a full line of usps shipping supplies, don't do passports, and the staff is painfully slow.

    The USPS office in 5755 Kittery Dr, Colorado Springs, CO 80911. They have a…read moreserious policy problem regarding their passport operations. According to their schedule appointment website it says walk in hours are 9-12am. I get there on 27 Dec 2025 at 1030hrs. As I walk into the lobby they have word document notices that they are only performing passport operations from 10-11am. I walk in because I still have 30min until their new "policy" is closed for the day. They announce that they are only taking one more applicant and even though the family ahead of me had no paperwork prefilled out, I let them go ahead of me and I'll just show up the next week which was today the 3rd of Jan 2026. I show up at exactly 1000hrs on the dot. I get called up to the desk and the very rude customer service rep asked me if I had a number to be seen, I'm asking what number are referring too? He stated there are numbers that drawn to get serviced for passports and I'm like what??? I told him that I had no idea there was a number system and that it isn't stated anywhere in the lobby so how am I supposed to know about this. I explained to him I was here a week ago and there was no number system then. He stated that he wasn't going to argue with me at all. And then proceeded to ignore me and not even look me in my eyes knowing that he was wrong and rude. Didn't even try to help me at all and tried calling another customer to get rid of me. That offices policy isn't posted anywhere and they stated that last week that they didn't update the website to reflect said updated policy. This is very unacceptable behavior and I expected better from the so called professionals at the USPS. I served this country for 23 years in the Army on many deployments and I got better treatment on foreign USPS offices then I did here today. That is ridiculous!

    I moved into the apartments behind this business some months ago. Shortly thereafter, when I…read moreordered things online, I noticed that I could pick them up as an access point here. My apartments are often inaccessible due to others locking our entry door during the day, and I sometimes worry about things getting stolen. This takes care of both of those issues. Perfect. Imagine my surprise to have the cherry on top of cheery, lovely service every.single.time. I come in (which is fairly frequently). The business appears to be family owned, and they've got a litany of other services I wouldn't hesitate to ask for, if needed. Whenever I have a package to pickup, it's always quick, efficient, and with a smile- what more could you ask for? I'll be sad to move in a few short months, but I've appreciated these folks alot in the time I've been able to use them. Fair pricing, wonderful people. Thank you!

Paid for something that was…read moresupposed to be delivered on sat ( two day delivery, mailed out on Thursday) when i specifically indicated it needs to be delivered 2 days... we checked and cheapest was FedEx. We did have weather delay which i understand we can't do nothing about mother nature but package kept getting delayed. Still not delivered on Tuesday even though package was at the destination. The person at the other end had to go to the local center and they explained it was not sent as 2 day delivery. Called the mail center and they are explained it indicates it is a 2 day delivery but when they get delivered is fed ex issue, not theirs and i did not pay for 2 day delivery. That was never explained...I thought I was getting a good deal but apparently I was swindled... won't be using them.... should be honest with people.

I waited home from 1-4 pm as I was asked, they never even tried to come to my home....but said they did. The worst part is I never signed saying I received my shipment....they just left it at road and didn't notify me it was there.....on the side of the road, a neighbor who couldn't believe told us. The follow up was just more dishonesty from drivers and staff who lack integrity. Sad!

    RAC, I've noticed gets the shit end of the deal when it comes to delivering UPACK/ABF Freight. I…read morereceived constant lies and misinformation from UPack. First, the pressured me not to contact RAC transport with my freight package and to solely go through UPACK. This is BS. If I didn't talk to RAC, I would have blamed them for all UPacks faults. 1) They would not give me the local carrier company information. 2) They said RAC will only deliver Monday and Wednesday. This is a lie. I called RAC and they could deliver m-f. Which is annoying when trying to plan a cross country move. 3) They said my UPACK will be at my house in 4-6 business days. Another lie. My freight reached RAC after roughly 8 business days. While confirming a speedy delivery and I'm still without my items. 4) When I called about my freight they said again not to contact RAC. And though I am still without my freight I've been in contact with RAC they proved with they care more about getting me my freight more then upack. So my advice to everyone, just call and be nice. They are a great help and solid communicators. If you work through your dilemma with them they will problem solve. So my advise before blasting RAC be civil and talk to them. If the employee seems disgruntled it's likely because you have little clue to the stresses you put on them with your disgruntled attitudes. Thank you RAC for assisting me and i cant wait for my freight
