They should either change their hours to more convenient ones or get a self service kiosk! I send out packages every single day. He refused to accept two packages for me from FedEx, telling them that I wasn't on the general delivery list, although I most certainly am! My guess is he's just doesn't want to work any hard than he absolutely has to. Refusing packages for Boondockers is one way for him to do that. He has made my life significantly more difficult because of this. I have visited the Post Office in Cottonwood and they were very pleasant. I was told that although they have a general delivery list that I needn't bother signing it because, and I quote, "we are nice and will accept your packages from FedEx." The Rimrock Post Office is the only one I have ever used that refuses general delivery packages.

I asked her politely if I can get the 20 cards hand cancelled, she looked at me like I was asking her to jump on the Pony Express and to deliver them in person. Look lady you are at a tiny post office not some busy as hell post office like the one's in New York city. Please retire and have someone who wants to work take your place.

I tossed my card in the slot so instead of the hand stamp, I'm guessing it'll be the machine stamp. Fast forward a week and I'm back home. Since it was a card to my kid and grandkids I can sadly confirm that it was a machine stamp from Phoenix versus this amazing little post office nearly two hours from Phoenix (lost a star for that one). His customer service is non-existant. Honestly, this Postmaster must hate his life as he seems to be taking it out on every customer that he interacts with. I have heard many stories from employees and friends about how they've been mistreated by the same Postmaster. I had simple questions that needed to be answered and I was met with a complete lack of respect and no help. A package I shipped has gone missing and he said he has no idea how to help me with this (seemingly frequent) problem. He then proceeded to tell me what a horrible day he is having and how he's about to get "ticked off". I won't be using USPS until I hear Sedona has hired a new Postmaster.

Not the greatest "packaging". Shipped a bronze sculpture and the box was stuffed with random pieces…read moreof styrofoam and a blanket. Then the sculpture was delivered upside down. A simple "This Side Up" sticker would have been useful. Thank goodness it wasn't damaged but real shoddy job! And they charged me $90. bucks for a cardboard box stuffed with styrofoam.
