Received a text that a package was delivered in my mailbox. Nothing there. I attempted to contact the local post office in my area at least 20 times in the course of two days and nobody answered. I plan to go in person tomorrow to find out what transpired in my not receiving my package. read more

My sister went to mail some paperwork. She asked the sales associate that closes at 5pm, for the cheapest option. She's never mailed anything before and the lady scammed her and made her do fast shipping that came out to $57!!!! We only wanted standard shipping. This small post office was pretty busy mid afternoon. I was surprised to see everyone with all their packages --- one gal must be running a home business as she had a ton. I should say with as many packages... There were only a couple people working the window, but the line didn't take that long. Obviously they have their regulars based on the overheard conversations. I just had one small gift to mail so when I finally got to the counter, it wasn't that long from start to finish. And I paid cash -- which the guy seemed surprised about. I guess everyone uses plastic these days even for small charges. It was the closest post office to where we were at the time -- not any of our usual neighborhoods -- so I'm not sure I'll be back. Still, it's nice to know where they're located just in case we are nearby and need their services. read more

This location may be convenient however the staff is something else. I should've known better when the customer in front of me left annoyed by the employee who was helping them. I had four bags of shirts with me and I had already purchased a priority label. Instead of telling me, "hey ma'am, this is the box you purchased so let's make your stuff fit in this box so we can keep your label!" Instead we're beating around the bush we're cracking jokes, and I'm being told to say please and that I don't need more tape. It was a big waste of my time. And to be quite honest, I just ended up taking my stuff and leaving. I had absolutely no problem going to another location! Even though I live closer to this Coconutcreek location, it's not worth it. This location is located in the corner of a busy plaza with a gym, restaurants, and a gas station. Plenty of parking nearby and a drop by the box for convenience located just outside. There is a daycare and afterschool place right next store which could lead to some cars dropping off and picking up their children. When I visited it was the first time I saw a line out the door. Luckily if you waited a moment you would notice how quickly the line was moving and the line is mostly due to social distancing. Once inside, there is one person helping answer questions and making sure everyone in line had what they needed to expedite the process. As well as directing other who just needed to drop off boxes to the drop-off location. That only helped the line move. Once at the cashier, there was a Plexiglass, everyone was wearing masks, and the process was quick. This location is normally very helpful and quick. I don't often visit a post office, but when I do I always appreciate the customer service and speedy process at this location. The staff is friendly and understanding that everyone has been waiting and try to get each person in and out as efficiently as possible. The only suggestion that would make this place better is someone to answer the phone and a more helpful website. read more

I'm usually away from my home for several months during the winter and have my mail forwarded to my temporary address. Th forwarding process is horrendous! It seems to take a month for my mail to be delivered and I have received bills after their payment due date. There is definitly something wrong with the process of forwarding mail and it should be corrected as soon as possible. read more

Wow.... I never read all these reviews. Otherwise I would drive further away to mail my package. I have an open case. they claim to have delivered my 3 day priority mail 10 days later. But it's a lie. Someone in that post office opened my email , stole the certified check and cashed it 5 days earlier than the date the post office claimed they delivered it. I can't believe no one is jumping on the case to find out who the thief is and get rid of him. The poster master fbi hasn't gotten back to me. Been calling and calling........ and calling . My package was accidentally deliver to Pompano Beach instead of Belle Glade, FL. It's going on 2 weeks, and my package still haven't been located. The tracking shows my package was delivered to Parcel Locker at Pompano Beach Post Office. The manager stated she would speak with the mail carrier and return my call. Just know......Hmmm! I am still waiting on a phone call as of now. Very unprofessional USPS service worker. I am filing a theft claim on behalf of the mail carrier. read more

Stopped at this Coconut Creek Post Office today for stamps. No complaints, it's a Post Office... just with they had an outside mailbox that you can drive up to and drop off mail. read more

always a mess of a post office every time I go there. if you go to pick up a package, you'll wait forever at the pick up window bides counter. plus, who puts a post office next to a busy daycare(or vise-versa)? this means the parking lot is always packed full of cars, and people walking everywhere. the counter also never has enough people behind it to handle the load of people either. worst post office Ive been to! go to another one if you value your time. read more

If I could give zero stars I would I hate this post office. Once I had to pick up my mail and the guy seriously had attitude and was reprimanding me. I also was waiting for documents to come in the mail and I left instructions to leave on porch or in mail box and they never did; they returned to sender! This is the worst post office ever to deal with. months after month I keep not receiving my packages, I was told that the carrier was new and she probably put it in someone else mail box. I called the corporate office after Neil said there's nothing he can do and my package appeared a week later opened. here I am today with the same issue, spoke with Lee on 6/12 he said the package was scanned but it doesn't show what mail box it was put into. he promised he will speak with the carrier and call me back the following day. I never received a call back. I spoke with Willie Nunez today who is the new manager, he said he is going to investigate and call e back. The five stars are for Paul (Mr. Quicksilver, he is 4x faster than the others, and real funny). There are two other people: Mark ( Mr. Molassas ), talks and talks, and moves in slow motion, and Sean ( Mr. Honey), the African American who has a total disdain for the customers and hits the screen with the scanner (hoping to break it? so no work) . These specifications are based on the speed of their work. If they could clone Paul, the place would be perfect. Went here on my lunch break with a package with postage already on it . There was a blue mailbox inside but for some reason it was locked shut. So I proceeded to use the one on the wall. My box fit in the slot but got stuck while it was on its way down the shoot. So being the good samaritan that I am, I got in line to line to let someone know what happened. Before I got to the front of the line what seemed to be a manager of some sort walked from the back. So I jumped out of line and asked him to come so I can show him what happened. Walking over there I told him what happened, his response was "why would you do that?" I'm sorry? You speak to people that way??? If you don't enjoy dealing with people then find a job where you don't have to. So I explained I didn't realize this would happen because the box initially fit. He says "well you can't put the box in there". So now I'm getting irritated, I said ok well can you please go get my box I will be happy to take it else where. He responds "Ill get the box I just don't understand why you would do that" I sarcastically replied with "your absolutely correct I should of just left it stuck so nobody else could use it".
