City Hall is a beautiful building and there is free parking at the parking garage just behind City Hall very convenient specially for town events. The event is highly organized and brings tons of local vendors and food trucks. I noticed about 11 food trucks including beer trucks. I tried some churros with nutella from one of the food truck. Beer mug $18 really cold beer! Vibrant celebration of Bavarian culture. Live music by the Brussels sprouts Polka Band. There was also a weiner dog dash race really cute and getting all the attention from the crowd. Nice to see the community spirit amongst our residents. Looking forward to next year's Oktoberfest.

The Coral Springs City Hall looks less like a government building and more like something you'd find in a brochure for "Suburban Efficiency Monthly." Modern architecture, palm-lined walkways, and enough glass to make you feel like transparency is more than just a metaphor. Coral Springs wasn't even a city until the early 1960s, when it rose out of the Everglades like a neatly zoned phoenix. It was master-planned down to the last cul-de-sac, with an official ban on billboards and a commitment to keeping everything clean, safe, and family-friendly. The city's motto might as well be "Order, Sunshine, and HOA Compliance." And somehow, it works. City Hall is the nerve center that keeps this beautifully beige dream alive. Need a permit? They'll help. Paying taxes? They'll take them with a smile. Lost in bureaucracy? Not here. The staff are polite, efficient, and shockingly human -- which in government terms is basically magic. It's the kind of place where you can drop off paperwork, discuss city improvements, and still find parking without needing divine intervention. The landscaping's tidy, the air-conditioning works (crucial in Florida), and the vibe is more "civic pride" than "bureaucratic dread." The most well-organized place in a city that alphabetized its palm trees. Coral Springs is one of the nicest, most well-run cities in South Florida -- clean streets, great parks, and just enough charm to feel like home. And City Hall is the polished engine that keeps it all running smoothly. In a world of chaos, it's nice to know someone's keeping the sprinklers on schedule. Bureaucracy has never felt so pleasantly air-conditioned.

I go to a lot of events here. It's always a nice time. Never any problems. Good neighborhood. The Pompano Beach Toy Con was a lot of fun. Lots of cool things to see like vintage Star Wars, vintage records, Pokémon items, Japanese snacks, Handmade jewelry, and different types of art and so much more too numerous to name them all. Also People dressed in costumes is always fun taking pictures with the kids. We will definitely go next year.

But it was renamed in honor of Emma Lou, the late mayor and long time commissioner of Pompano Beach. There are meetings and banquet rooms here as well as classrooms, halls, and even a dance studio. A variety of programs are offered here as well as lessons. Sports and exercise classes including pickle ball, karate, Zumba, et al. Unfortunately, they no longer hold the granny's attic that I had a selling table at for several years. This was one of my favorite events as there aren't many inside yard sales. But check out the current events and classes -- there's something for everyone.

The staff is incredibly friendly, always greeting you with a smile and making the whole process quick and painless -- which, let's be honest, isn't something you usually say about a post office. For some reason, my packages ship faster from here than from other USPS locations nearby. Maybe it's magic, maybe it's efficiency, maybe it's just that they actually seem to enjoy helping people. Either way, I'm not questioning it. Parking is easy, dropping off is a breeze, and since it's in a strip mall, you can knock out a few errands or grab a coffee while you're here. It's the kind of convenience you don't realize matters until you have it. I love having this place so close to home. Whether I'm shipping something important, picking up mail, or just dropping off returns, this post office makes the whole thing simple and stress-free.

I'm 7 months pregnant and she said they were closed for lunch I'd have to come back in at 3:30pm. Mind you there was no sign on the door stating they're closing for lunch break. Second she mentioned I can do it at the kiosk which I started everything was fine but the label wasn't printing out and it received a email with a tracking number, but no label. She was just finishing up checking out her last customer and asked her multiple times to please check the printing paper might of ran out and that may be the issue. She said that she's going on her lunch and that she cannot help me and that I need to come back she was extremely rude. She did not want to help me even though I was having issues with their machine all because she needed to go on her lunch break this is very unacceptable and very unprofessional. I asked to speak with a manager, and she refuse to give me any sort of information about the Manager. She has no compassion and didn't care that I was seven months pregnant and I'd let her know that I was drove and I live 20 minutes away, and she did not care when all she had to do was simply check the printing paper and she couldn't because she had to go on her lunch break. Terrible customer service and I will never go back here again, and I will complain to your headquarters!
