I have come into this post office a handful of times since moving into the area, it's a smaller post office, with 2 people working. Very clean. Offers full service including P.O. Boxes. I would like to say I had a pleasant experience well dealing with the post office. I went in for a simple task as mailing a letter turn into abusive nasty customer service experience. Believe me, it would bring me great pleasure to find out one of the workers getting fired there by being unprofessional and downright abusive Her name was Tatianna and I am apauled by her behavior. I was not there for a social gathering I was there to change To do it stop mail form. Turn into a disgusting example of behavior. I left the store and went over to the post office on Boca Rio. Called 3 times no one answers the phone and it just hangs up on you after the never ending ringing.

I'm surprised I'm the first to review this place. Maybe it's because after everyone leaves from here the last they want to do is think about this place long enough to muster up some kind of review for the help community. However, fellow helpers- fear not! I'm up to the challenge!! This place is what gives government workers a bad name. I've had more pleasant interactions at the DMV after waiting for hours in line! The service here is beyond slow. The employees are rude, abrasive, and always act as if they're doing you a favor. This is the only post office I've been to where they won't tape a box shut for you. I do a lot of shipping for work and sometimes throw the box and label in my car with the intent to drop it off when I pass by a post office. This is the ONLY post office that has told me to actually BUY a roll of tape to tape up ONE box and affix the label. Every other post office I go to between delray and coconut creek has never even thought twice about taking care of the menial task for me. This post office is a waste of space. Save yourself the hassle and make the drive up to the Boca Rio location where at least they acknowledge you're a human being. This place is worth ZERO stars. read more

Not that the USPS cares but this is why I do everything I can to avoid all USPS services and use FEDEX. The East Boca location isn't even on Yelp, suspect they are in hiding. 8 phones calls, twice answered and immediately put on hold for 48 minutes the first time, then they hang up on you without answering and now 5 minutes on hold as I write this. This is a lack of service that the taxpayers should stop subsidizing. The workers there are so rude. There was a lady there in training and she had a very nasty attitude. I needed help finding a box and she sent me to the front. Every other post office I've been to helped me package the item and tape the box even though I had a prepaid label printed already. Her words exactly was "we don't do that here- you need to tape it yourself" I am never going there again I would rather drive an extra 10 minutes to a different post office. This is the absolute worst post office out there. ALL of the employees are so obnoxious to deal with. I walked in at 3:00 & was told they were closed. I had one item to mail (a birthday gift for a little girl). The postal worker told me I had to use machine instead. So I went to use the machine only to find out it was down (any time I try to use the machine it has been down). So I said it's 3:01 you can't just take me. She refused. What a joke! The worst post office location ever! I had a prepaid label for a package to be sent. Everything was packed, label in place. All I needed was a piece of tape to be ran across to fix the shipping label. Counter clerk, JOSHY, would not tape it for me! He said they are not allow to "pack it for me". I explained that I am not asking him to pack it for me, I am asking to run a strip of tape across the prepaid label. He said he could not, he offered me to purchase a roll of tape for $3.49. What is this world coming to? Service is non existent. This is a United States Postal Service; shame on you, you should have better service than what I experienced. read more

Terrible, terrible customer service. The Indian man behind the counter was just rude. My printer printed my label on the lighter side, he said "No, you have to go back and print it." I asked if he could type in the numbers, since those where very visible. "No, we don't do that here." So I said let me find the QR code, for you to scan and you can just print me one... I barely unlocked my phone before he ordered me to move aside to help the next person. I had waited on line just like everyone else, and just had to pull up the QR code; it would have taken me 15 sec. To not have that type of patience Is just bad customer service and plain rude. I told him that I read the reviews on YELP, and now understand why the reviews where so bad. He said, that's ok! It's not ok to have bad customer service, bad reviews and continue the same bad habits. Bad customer service, is not ok! I was very calm and as nice as I could be! But to be ok and almost boast about your bad customer service, astounds me! I won't be going back here! read more

This is my favorite post office. Joshi (not sure of the spelling) is my good luck charm when I mail things. Everything arrives on time and my kids always won whatever scholarships they were applying for if he mailed their stuff. Sometimes there is a wait but find a post office without one. I appreciate that the staff here is funny and always polite. read more

On 2 seperate occasions within the last two weeks they've I've waited for packages to arrrive at my house at a certain date and whenever they receive my package they've mixed it up and sent it to another location delaying me receiving them by another day or two and when I called to ask about the reason or a form of solution I was told that my package hadn't been received yet and pretty much my Amazon tracking was malfunctioning??
